Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a heat insulation door which is stuck to a heat insulator by using HCFC, not discolored by heat and in which no crack occurs for the HCFC by using a specific copolymer mixture for a cap door. CONSTITUTION:A cap door is formed of resin composition containing predetermined graft copolymer (CP), n-propylacrylate, n-butylacrylate and sec- butylacrylate coated with CP containing 30-50wt.% of vinyl cyanide and 50-70wt.% of aromatic vinyl. The predetermined graft CP is obtained by polymerizing monomer mixture of 30-50wt.% of vinyl cyanide and 50-70wt.% of aromatic vinyl in the presence of conjugated diene synthetic resin. Urethane heat insulator uses HCFC 123 (1.1-dichloro 2.2.2-fluoroethane) or HCFC 141b (1.1-dichloro-1- fluoroethane) is as foaming agent.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent degradation of a heat transfer rate of a foamed heat insulating material and dew condensation on surfaces of a refrigerator by providing a constitution which comprises an outer shell of a synthetic resin, an inner shell, a foamed heat insulating material filled in a space surrounded by the outer shell and the inner shell and an aluminum foil applied to a rear surface of the outer shell. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating door comprises an outer shell 1 of a synthetic resin, an inner shell 2 of a synthetic resin combined with the outer shell 1, a foamed heat insulating material 3 filled in a space defined by the outer shell 1, the inner shell 2 and a frame member and closely attached to the outer shell 1 and the inner shell 2, and an aluminum foil 4 applied to a rear surface of the outer shell 1. With this arrangement, moisture outside of a chamber of a refrigerator will not pass through the outer shell 1 to accumulate in the foamed heat insulating material 3 in the form of water, so that a heat transfer rate of the foamed heat insulating material 3 is not degraded thus enabling prevention of dew condensation on a surface of a door of a refrigerator. Also, it is not necessary to enlarge a wall thickness of the door with the result that it is possible to reduce the material cost of the foamed heat insulating material 3 in manufacture of doors and enhance a volume efficiency of a chamber of a refrigerator.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To charge a foamable heat insulator in a uniform density over an entire heat insulation box by charging the insulator in a space between an inner box and an outer box, and mounting a vacuum heat insulation panel at a position which avoids a passage of stock solution of the state before the insulator is foamed at the side of the outer box in the space. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulation box 1 for a refrigerator, etc., has an inner box 2 made of plastic, and an outer box 3 made of iron. A foamable heat insulator 4 such as hard polyurethane foam, etc., is charged in a space between the boxes 2 and 3 through an inlet 6, and a vacuum heat insulation panel 5 is provided on an inner surface of the box 3 in the space. In this case, the panel 5 is mounted at a position which avoids a passage 11 of stock solution 7 of the state before the insulator 4 to be poured from the inlet 6 is foamed. Thus, a flow of the solution 7 is not interrupted by the panel 5, and the insulator 4 can be also charged sufficiently in uniform density above the panel 5.

SOLUTION: Freshness deterioration atmosphere within a vegetable chamber 12 is monitored without depending only on the gas components from the stored foods themselves, and the environment is cleaned in advance to keep freshness before the freshness of the vegetables, fruits, etc., is lowered, by providing this refrigerator with an atmosphere sensor 24 which senses the changes in the concentration of the composite gas components which are mainly composed of reducing gases such as ethylene, alcohol, aldehyde, etc., including the gas components generated from the stored and the gas components flowing in from the vegetable chamber 11, and further, equipping it with a control means 30, which removes the composite gas to deteriorate the freshness of the stores from the inside the vegetable chamber 12 by driving a composite gas removing means 32, based on the electric output of the atmosphere sensor 24.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent falling of a deodorizing catalyst including falling of a powder and improve antibacterial function of the deodorizing catalyst itself by, in a low temperature activated deodorizing catalyst which oxidizes and decomposes odorous components in air in the presence of oxygen, applying an oxidizing agent, which oxidizes and decomposes odorous components added to a catalyst base material. SOLUTION: A low temperature activated deodorizing catalyst 7 has deodorizing performance and such function as to enhance surface strength of catalyst and vibration separation strength, and is composed of a catalyst base material 8 and a metal oxide applied to the material 8. And oxidizing agents 9 are scattered over the material 8 and glass fibers are kneaded into the material 8. Further, 5wt.% of copper is added to the catalyst 7 to oxidize and decompose odorous components. As a result, odorous components are prevented from penetrating into a low temperature activated catalyst but captured at the surface of the catalyst and decomposed. Therefor, deodorizing performance of the catalyst can be maintained and surface strength and vibration separation strength of the catalyst can be enhanced.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To prevent a bad external appearance from being formed owing to an anti-fungus agent by blending an anti-fungus agent having a particle diameter less than a specific value in resin made in-refrigerator parts in a refrigerator. CONSTITUTION: An anti-fungus agent 2 is blended in ABS resin 1. The anti- fungus agent 2 carries an anti-fungus component 4 using silica gel 3 as a base material. A particle diamenter of the base material of the anti-fungus agent 2 is made smaller than 20μm whereby even if the base material absorbs water, the degree of expansion of the base material is small. Further, the base material is prevented from being expanded by covering the anti-fungus agent 2 with hydrophobic resin and hence reducing water absorption in the base material.j Even if the resin is expanded owing to the water absorption of the base material of the anti-fungus agent 2, the expansion is returned to the original size if water disappears.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To remove dust and dirt easily by a method wherein a silicon reactive resin in which silicon and a synthetic resin are reacted is used as an additive, and interior accessaries of a refrigerator are molded of a resin whose material is the same as the synthetic resin and provided inside the refrigerator. CONSTITUTION:Resin is first graft polymerized with silicon whose main component is dimetyle polysiloxane to obtain silicon reactive resin 3. Then, by using the silicon reactive resin 3 as an additive, the same resin is injection molded to obtain a food container for vegetable. Thus, as the silicon reactive resin 3 obtained by the graft polymerization of silicon and a synthetic resin is added to the resin whose material is the same as the synthetic resin, it is difficult for silicon to flow out of the silicon reactive resin 3. Further, by the water repulsiveness of the silicon which is added into the resin, the surface of the food container 2 is protected. By this, only by wiping the food container 2 with dish cloth or the like, dust can be easily removed. That is, the food container 2 can be easily and effectively cleaned.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide an adiabatic door for a refrigerator, etc., strong in the adhesivity of a cap door to an urethane resin adiabatic material used HCFC 123 as a foaming agent and not causing cracking and discoloration of the cap door by employing the resin cap door comprising a specific material. CONSTITUTION:The objective product is produced by integrally foaming an urethane adiabatic material in a adiabatic space formed from a resin cap door and a metal door surface plate. The adiabatic material is produced from an organic polyisocyanate containing 40-90wt.% of polymeric MDI, etc., as a NCO component, while HCFC 123, HCFC 141b or their mixture is used as the foaming agent. The resin cap door comprises a composition containing a graft copolymer produced by copolymerizing 30-50wt.% of (i) a vinyl cyanide compound with (ii) 50-70wt.% of an aromatic vinyl compound in the presence of a conjugated dienic rubber, a copolymer comprising 30-50wt.% of the component i and 50-70wt.% of the component ii, and n-butyl acrylate/n-propyl acrylate copolymer coated with the copolymer comprising 30-50wt.% of the component i and 50-70wt.% of the component ii.
