Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide an electric refrigerator having a non-woven fabric sound absorbing material showing an effect of sound absorbing by a method wherein a compressor, a fan arranged in opposition to the compressor and the non-woven fabric sound absorbing material covered by a film at its surface arranged near the compressor are provided. CONSTITUTION:A compressor 3, a fan 4 oppositely arranged to the compressor, and a non-woven sound absorbing fabric material 6 coated with a plastic film or a hot melt or the like arranged near the compressor are provided. Even if the compressor 3 is operated and the cooling fan 4 for the compressor 3 is operated to make a convection flow in the compressor chamber 2, the fiber 7 may not be released due to the fact that the surface of the non-woven fabric sound absorbing material 6 is coated with the film 8. Accordingly, there is no possibility that the fan 4 is tangled with fiber or the fiber is contacted with an electrical contact point and thus the compressor 3 is not troubled and the non-freezing of the refrigerator 1 can be prevented.

SOLUTION: The problem can be solved by using, as an inner box material, the recycled material of a PET bottle for drink, a variety of alcohol, and soy being the products designated in the second class by the recycle law.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sash using no rigid PVC resin by forming the sash by extrusion molding a resin composition obtained by mixing talc with an acrylonitrile-butadien-styrene resin. SOLUTION: A sash 3 is formed by extrusion molding a resin composition obtained by mixing talc with an acrylonitrile-butadien-styrene resin(ABS resin). Since no rigid PVC is used in the sash 3, the adverse influence of the hydrogen chloride gas produced when the sash is burned or disposed on the environment and that of the dioxin produced when the sash is burned on human bodies can be eliminated. Since such inexpensive materials as the ABS resin and talc are used, in addition, the economic efficiency of the sash is improved. Moreover, since the mold shrinkage of the resin composition, when the composition is extrusion-molded, is reduced by the effect of the mixed talc, the sash 3 can be molded easily, is hardly deformed with time, and exhibits a superior performance.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge the air in a space defined by inner and outer boxes stably at the time of filling a foamable thermal insulation material by making a recess in the outer box and air vents for filling the foamable thermal insulation material at the opposite ends of the recess. SOLUTION: A recess 11 is made in an outer box 4 by press and holes 12 are made at the opposite ends thereof so that the air in a space defined by inner and outer boxes 2, 4 is discharged stably at the time of filling a foamable thermal insulation material 3. According to the arrangement, no cavity is generated in the foamed thermal insulation material 3 and the labor conventionally required for bonding a porous soft urethane foams through a paste layer in order to prevent leakage of the foamed thermal insulation material 3 through the air vent along with the air can be saved at the time of filling the foamed thermal insulation material 3. Furthermore, a press pin 13 can be protected against breakage and a steel outer box 4 can be protected against cracking at the time of making the air vent 11 by means of the press pin 13 and a die 14.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a heat insulation door which is stuck to a heat insulator by using HCFC, not discolored by heat and in which no crack occurs for the HCFC by using a specific copolymer mixture for a cap door. CONSTITUTION:A cap door is formed of resin composition containing predetermined graft copolymer (CP), n-propylacrylate, n-butylacrylate and sec- butylacrylate coated with CP containing 30-50wt.% of vinyl cyanide and 50-70wt.% of aromatic vinyl. The predetermined graft CP is obtained by polymerizing monomer mixture of 30-50wt.% of vinyl cyanide and 50-70wt.% of aromatic vinyl in the presence of conjugated diene synthetic resin. Urethane heat insulator uses HCFC 123 (1.1-dichloro 2.2.2-fluoroethane) or HCFC 141b (1.1-dichloro-1- fluoroethane) is as foaming agent.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent degradation of a heat transfer rate of a foamed heat insulating material and dew condensation on surfaces of a refrigerator by providing a constitution which comprises an outer shell of a synthetic resin, an inner shell, a foamed heat insulating material filled in a space surrounded by the outer shell and the inner shell and an aluminum foil applied to a rear surface of the outer shell. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating door comprises an outer shell 1 of a synthetic resin, an inner shell 2 of a synthetic resin combined with the outer shell 1, a foamed heat insulating material 3 filled in a space defined by the outer shell 1, the inner shell 2 and a frame member and closely attached to the outer shell 1 and the inner shell 2, and an aluminum foil 4 applied to a rear surface of the outer shell 1. With this arrangement, moisture outside of a chamber of a refrigerator will not pass through the outer shell 1 to accumulate in the foamed heat insulating material 3 in the form of water, so that a heat transfer rate of the foamed heat insulating material 3 is not degraded thus enabling prevention of dew condensation on a surface of a door of a refrigerator. Also, it is not necessary to enlarge a wall thickness of the door with the result that it is possible to reduce the material cost of the foamed heat insulating material 3 in manufacture of doors and enhance a volume efficiency of a chamber of a refrigerator.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To charge a foamable heat insulator in a uniform density over an entire heat insulation box by charging the insulator in a space between an inner box and an outer box, and mounting a vacuum heat insulation panel at a position which avoids a passage of stock solution of the state before the insulator is foamed at the side of the outer box in the space. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulation box 1 for a refrigerator, etc., has an inner box 2 made of plastic, and an outer box 3 made of iron. A foamable heat insulator 4 such as hard polyurethane foam, etc., is charged in a space between the boxes 2 and 3 through an inlet 6, and a vacuum heat insulation panel 5 is provided on an inner surface of the box 3 in the space. In this case, the panel 5 is mounted at a position which avoids a passage 11 of stock solution 7 of the state before the insulator 4 to be poured from the inlet 6 is foamed. Thus, a flow of the solution 7 is not interrupted by the panel 5, and the insulator 4 can be also charged sufficiently in uniform density above the panel 5.
