Abstract: PURPOSE: An encoding device and method using a turbo signal, a permutation switching device and permutation switching technique are provided to largely improve an error correction performance of a transceiving data by applying a permutation switching technique and a puncturing technique. CONSTITUTION: A first encoder(101) outputs a first parity bit by encoding a three bit received from a first to a third block which is comprised of each N numbers of bit. A permutation substituent(200) permutation substitutes the three bit. A second encoder(102) outputs a second redundant bit by encoding the substituted three bit. A puncturing device(300) controls the signal rate by selectively removes a first redundant bit and a second redundant bit by considering an encoding rate of a preset turbo signal.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a frequency mixer utilized in a transceiver of radio frequency band. The frequency mixer for a radio frequency transceiver, includes two NMOS transistors, which are commonly connected, for generating a mixed signal combined with even harmonics, wherein a first end of the NMOS transistors is input a radio frequency signal, a second end of the NMOS transistors outputs the mixed signal, and gates of the NMOS transistors receive differential signals of local oscillator. The frequency mixer needs only half local oscillation frequency and a fundamental frequency of local oscillator is not presented. Therefore, the present invention can prevent generation of DC Voltage offset and also reduce frequency of local oscillator by half when it is utilized in a heterodyne transceiver.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for discriminating a voiced sound from an unvoiced sound based on a statistical model are provided to improve the performance of discriminating the voice and unvoiced sounds from each other through a simple calculation even in a noisy environment. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for discriminating a voiced sound from an unvoiced sound includes a signal converter(100) for converting a speech signal including noise into a frequency signal, a noise power estimator(200) for estimating a noise power from the frequency signal, and the first likelihood ratio calculator(310) for calculating a decision rule of voice activity detection of the frequency signal in a low frequency band with reference to the estimated noise power. The apparatus further includes the second likelihood ratio calculator(320) for calculating a decision rule of voice activity detection of the frequency signal in a high frequency band with reference to the estimated noise power, and a final likelihood ratio tester(400) for calculating a likelihood ratio of the voice/unvoiced sounds on the basis of the likelihood ratios calculated by the first and second likelihood ratio calculators and compares the likelihood ratio to a predetermined threshold to determine voice/unvoiced sounds.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A high-Q poly-to-poly capacitor structure for RF ICs is provided to reduce an area of a lower electrode plate to lower parasitic capacitance by using an interdigit structure. CONSTITUTION: A lower electrode plate(23) of a capacitor is formed on a silicon substrate(21). The lower electrode plate(23) is formed with the first polysilicon layer. Abstract: 본 발명은 단순한 페이더(fader)가능만을 가지고 있는 기존의 이동통신용 시뮬레이터와는 다러리, 본 장치를 이용하여 실제로 공중으로 전파를 발사하지 않고 양 방향 통시상태에서 기지국과 이동국간의 다양한 기능을 시뮬레이션 할 수 있는 것으로, 본 발명은 구성은 순방향 링크용과 역방향 링크용으로 구성되어 있으며 기지국과 이동국간의 full duplex(양방향)통신이 가능하도록 감쇠기와 전력 분배기(spoitter)를 이용한 루트와 페이더그리고 이를 전기적으로 제어하는 컴퓨터 드으로 구성되어 있으며, 본 장치를 이용함으로써 실제로 전파를 발사하지 않고도 이동통신에서의 전파 환경을 완벽히 구현함으로서 이동통신 시스템 분석을 위항 상단한 필드 시험의 시간을 줄일 수 있으며 그 구성 자체도 간단한 부품들로 구성함으로써 가격면에서도 값싸게 성할 수 있다.
