Abstract: 본 발명은 고압의 가스가 바이패스 통로를 통해 제2감압실로 유입됨을 차단하고자 하는 것으로, 중간연결통로와 바이패스 통로가 형성된 본체, 상기 본체 내에 형성된 중간연결통로를 통해 서로 연통되는 제1감압실과 제2감압실, 상기 제1감압실의 입구 쪽에 가스 누설을 차단하도록 설치되는 체크밸브, 상기 제1감압실과 제2감압실에 각각 연통되게 형성된 유입구와 유출구, 상기 제감압실 및 제2감압실에 각각 면하는 제1피스톤 및 제2피스톤, 상기 제1피스톤의 제1감압실 반대쪽에 설치된 제11스프링, 상기 제1피스톤의 제1감압실 쪽에 상기 유입구와 연통되게 형성된 오리피스 사이에 유동 간격을 조절하는 밸브축, 상기 제1피스톤의 제2감압실 반대쪽에 설치된 제21스프링을 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 밸브축, 제1피스톤과 제2피스톤이 상기 본체 내에서 왕복하면서 2단계로 감압되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이와 같은 본 발명은 유입구에 솔레노이드 밸브가 설치되어 필요에 따라 유입구를 차단시킬 수 있으며, 바이패스 통로를 통해 과도하게 높은 압력의 가스가 통과될 때 바이패스 통로를 체크밸브로 차단시키고, 제1감압실에서 감압된 저압의 가스가 개방된 체크밸브를 통해 이동되어 가스가 흐르는 유로를 크게 확보할 수 있는 유용한 효과가 있다.

Abstract: An auxiliary apparatus for increasing pressure of a gas fuel vehicle is provided to keep the pressure of gas fuel used for a gas fuel apparatus constant. An auxiliary apparatus for increasing pressure of a gas fuel vehicle comprises a solenoid valve(100) for blocking an inlet, a regulator(200) and a gas fuel apparatus(700). A bypass connection pipe(520) has both ends connected with the solenoid valve and the gas fuel apparatus, respectively, by bypassing the regulator. One end portion of the bypass connection pipe is connected with a first connection pipe(500) that connects the solenoid valve, which is connected with a gas fuel tank, with the regulator. The other portion of the bypass connection pipe is connected with a second connection pipe(510) that connects the regulator with the gas fuel apparatus.

Abstract: A regulator for high-pressure gas is provided to reduce a spring constant in comparison with a one-stage decompression structure. A high-pressure gas regulator(1000) includes a main body(100), first and second decompression rooms(120,130), an inlet(140), an outlet(150), first and second pistons(210,220), an eleventh spring(310), a valve shaft(400), and a twenty first spring(320). The first and second decompression rooms are formed in the main body apart from each other and connected through a central connection passage(110). Abstract: A regulator for reducing a gas pressure is provided to remarkably prevent an icing by installing a heat conductive pipe at an external peripheral surface of a sheet which is made of a thermal insulation material. A regulator for reducing a gas pressure includes a body(100), a diaphragm, a balance spring(300), and an opening control shaft. The body includes a gas inlet(110), a gas outlet(120), and a high-pressure room(130) between the gas inlet and the gas outlet. The diaphragm elevates and descends according to an amount of gas injected through the gas inlet. The balance spring supports the diaphragm elastically at a bottom of the pressure control screw for controlling a pressure of gas. The opening control shaft penetrates a flow path in the high-pressure room of the body and is fixed to operate together at a bottom of the diaphragm and controls opening/closing of the flow path. The flow path of the high-pressure room of the body includes an insulating sheet(500). A filter(700) is installed at a path between the gas inlet and the high-pressure room.

Abstract: A regulator for reducing a gas pressure is provided to control an amount of fuel discharged through a gas discharging outlet by installing a control bolt to control the rising height of a diaphragm. A regulator for reducing a gas pressure includes a body(100), a first cover(200), a second cover(300), a valve sheet(400), a diaphragm(500), an opening control shaft(600), and a connecting pipe(700). The body includes a pressing chamber(110) and a spring chamber(120) separated from each other at both sides thereof. The pressing chamber includes a gas inlet(130). The first cover is installed at the body covering an external surface of the pressing chamber and includes a discharging path(210) and a gas outlet(220) at the end of the discharging path.
