CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cardiovascular diseases contains one of a compound of chemical formula 1 and a compound of chemical formula 2 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. The cardiovascular diseases are hypertension or hypertensive heart diseases. A composition for suppressing epoxide hydrolase contains one of the compound of chemical formula 1 and the compound of chemical formula 2 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. Epoxy hydrolase is soluble.

PURPOSE: A food composition for preventing or treating hypertension is provided to offer a blood pressure decreasing effect, and to effectively inhibit water-soluble epoxide hydrolase. CONSTITUTION: A food composition for preventing or treating cardiovascular diseases contains a Nardostachys chinensis extract as an active ingredient. The cardiovascular diseases are hypertension or hypertensive heart disease. The Nardostachys chinensis extract is extracted by using more than one extracting solvent selected from water, 50-100% alcohol with 1-5 carbons, ethyl acetate, hexane, chloroform, methylene chloride, and dichloromethane. The Nardostachys chinensis extract is extracted by methanol. The Nardostachys chinensis extract is fractioned by more than one fraction solvent selected from water, 50-100% alcohol with 1-5 carbons, ethyl acetate, hexane, chloroform, methylene chloride, and dichloromethane. The Nardostachys chinensis extract is extracted by methanol, and fractioned by hexane.

PURPOSE: A producing method of green tea having skin condition improving functions is provided to improve an anti-wrinkle effect, a UV-screening effect, and a skin moisturizing effect of the green tea. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of green tea having skin condition improving functions comprises the following steps: grinding tea tree stems in acetone; filtering the ground tea tree stems to obtain residues to obtain a functionality enhancing composition; reacting the functionality enhancing composition with conventional green tea for 4 hours 30 minutes-7 hours 30 minutes in a reaction solvent at the pH of 5-7; extracting steam from the green tea by heating the green tea with distilled water; and adding an organic solvent containing n-pentane, diethyl ether, and ethanol to the steam for obtaining a substance having the elastase inhibiting activity, and concentrating the substance using a chromatography method.

PURPOSE: A method for producing green tea white wine is provided to ensure functionality and to improve preference under optimal condition. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing green tea white wine comprises: a step of crushing and pressing green grapes to obtain grape juice; a step of inoculating fermentation strain to the grape juice; a step of fermenting the grape juice to obtain a primary fermentation; a step of adding dried green tea into the primary fermentation; and a step of secondarily fermenting. The fermentation strain is Saccharomyces cerevisiae KCCM 11351, Saccharomyces cerevisiae KCCM 12224, Saccharomyces bayanus KCCM 12633, and Saccharomyces pastorianus KCCM 32361.

PURPOSE: A sport beverage composition containing a salicornia herbacia extract is provided to improve the exercise ability and the endurance capacity of a drinker without causing a side effect. CONSTITUTION: A sport beverage composition contains a salicornia herbacia extract as an active ingredient. The salicornia herbacia extract is obtained by a method selected from the group consisting of a hydrothermal extraction method, a solvent extraction method, a sonicate-extraction method, and a water-immersion extraction method. The salicornia herbacia extract is diluted with water in a ratio of 1:15~1:60, after being extracted.

The Cudrania tricuspidata extract is isolated using water, 50-100% of alcohol of 1-4 carbon atoms, ethylacetate, hexane or dichloromethane from stem, leave, roots, flower or fruits. Fraction is additionally performed using hexane, methylchloride, acetone, ethylacetae, ethylather, chloroform, water, and their mixture from the extract. A food composition for preventing or relieving dental carrier contains the antibacterial composition to Streptococcus mutans.
