PURPOSE: A stacked semiconductor module, a method for manufacturing the same, and an electronic device using the same are provided to reduce a signal transmission path between taps and semiconductor devices by connecting the taps of a rigid printed circuit board and a flexible printed circuit board through a via plug. CONSTITUTION: A stacked semiconductor module includes a first semiconductor module(100), a second semiconductor module(200A), and a conductive adhesive(91). The first semiconductor module includes a flexible printed circuit board(50) and a plurality of semiconductor devices(71,72,73,74). The rigid printed circuit board includes a first surface(501) and a second surface(502). The first surface includes first taps. The second surface includes second taps. The second semiconductor module includes a flexible printed circuit board(60A) and a plurality of semiconductor devices. The flexible printed circuit board includes a third surface(601) and a fourth surface(602). The third surface includes third taps. The fourth surface has the fourth taps. The conductive adhesive is formed between the second taps and the third taps.

PURPOSE: A variable resistance memory device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce an operational current of the memory device by improving the shape of a variable resistance pattern. CONSTITUTION: A variable resistance device includes a plurality of lower electrodes(132), a trench(142), a variable resistance pattern(152) and an upper electrode(175). The upper side of the lower electrodes is exposed by the trench. The variable resistance pattern includes a lower part and side parts. The lower part is contacted to the upper side of the lower electrodes. The side parts which are connected to the edge part of the lower part cover the both walls of the trench. The upper electrode is formed on the upper side of the variable resistance pattern.

본 발명은 소스에서 타겟으로 그래픽 데이터를 전송하여 타겟에서 그를 수신 및 디스플레이하는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 그래픽 데이터의 소스는 그래픽 데이터가 타겟에서 어떻게 디스플레이되어야 하는지를 제어한다. 소스는 비디오 신호가 그래픽 데이터와 관련해 디스플레이될 방법을 지시하는 디스플레이 제어 신호를 전송한다. 타겟은 비디오 신호, 그래픽 데이터 및 디스플레이 제어 신호를 수신하고 비디오 신호와 그래픽 데이터를 디스플레이 제어 신호에 의해 지시된 방식으로 합성하여 타겟에서의 합성 디스플레이를 생성한다.

A plasma processing apparatus is provided to prevent recombination of a source gas while maximizing resolution ratio by generating plasma inside/outside of a chamber. A process chamber is formed at a chamber(110) to process a substrate(90) through plasma, and a source gas supply unit(180) supplies a source gas for processing the substrate to the chamber. A remote plasma generation unit(160) is arranged between a chamber and a source gas supply unit, and it supplies power to excite the source gas to first energy level plasma. A direct plasma generating unit(150) includes a chamber to excite the first energy level gas to second energy level plasma.
Abstract:
A method for memory management and a memory system are provided to restore the compacted table memory as described above in the drive of system according to need by storing the table memory used in system. A method for memory management performs the followings: a first memory(120) stores the result that the first or the second table is compacted, the first table is a plurality of decoding modes used among the tables of the plurality of including the information referred to decoding operation processes supported before performing for each frame decoding of the bit stream; a second table is selectively used according to decoding modes when performing for each frame decoding of the bit stream, and a second memory(150) stores the used table regardless of decoding modes when performing for each frame decoding of the bit stream among a plurality of tables.

A method of manufacturing a phase change memory device is provided to prevent an interface of a phase change material film pattern from being contaminated by forming first and second capping films on the phase change material film pattern. An insulation film pattern(130) having an opening is formed on a substrate(100). Lower electrodes(140) for burying the opening are formed. A phase change material film pattern(150) and an upper electrode film pattern(160), which is connected to the lower electrodes, are laminated in a structure. A first capping film(190) is formed along a surface of the insulation film pattern of the structure. A second capping film(200) covers the first capping film, such that a void is generated between the structures.

A semiconductor device having an etch-stop layer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a space margin of an opening by forming a residual etch-stop layer pattern on a bottom surface and a sidewall of the opening. A plurality of parallel gate patterns are formed across an upper surface of a semiconductor substrate(10). A plurality of openings are formed in regions between the gate patterns. Spacers are formed to cover sidewalls of the gate patterns. An impurity ion region is formed by implanting impurity ions into the semiconductor substrate having the spacers. An etch stop layer(64) is formed on the substrate having the impurity region. A carbon-containing layer(67) is formed on the substrate including the etch stop layer. A carbon-containing layer pattern is formed by etching back the carbon-containing layer. An etch stop layer is etched by using the carbon-containing layer pattern as a mask. The carbon-containing layer pattern is removed.

An electrophoretic display device and a method of manufacturing an upper substrate of the electrophoretic display device are provided to form a plurality of anti-reflecting holes for absorbing reflected light on an upper substrate to improve display quality. An electrophoretic display device includes a first array substrate(100) on which a TFT(Thin Film Transistor), a passivation layer(118) and a pixel electrode(122) are sequentially formed and a second array substrate(200) opposite to the first array substrate. The second array substrate includes an adhesive layer(120), a plurality of fine capsules(136), a common electrode(138), and an upper substrate(140). The adhesive layer bonds the first and second array substrates to each other. The fine capsules are disposed on the adhesive layer and include positive and negative polarity pigment particles(132,134). The common electrode forms an electric field with each pixel electrode to drive the fine capsules. The upper substrate has a plurality of anti-reflecting holes(142) for removing reflected light, which are formed on the common electrode.

본 발명은 이미지 데이터를 압축하고 복원하는 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 데이터 압축 방법은 현재 이미지 데이터를 압축하기 위한 복수 개의 모드들 각각에 따라 현재 이미지 데이터를 압축하고, 압축된 현재 이미지 데이터가 고정 길이의 비트들로 표현 가능한지 여부를 확인하고, 고정 길이의 비트들로 표현 가능한 것으로 확인된 모드들 중 어느 하나의 모드를 선정하고, 선정된 모드에 따라 압축된 현재 데이터를 출력한다. 이에 따라, 영상 인코더/디코더 시스템의 복잡도를 획기적으로 낮출 수 있고, LCD DCC(Liquid Crystal Display Dynamic Capacitance Compensation) 장치 등에서 요구하는 픽처 단위의 CBR(Constant Bit Rate)을 정확히 맞출 수 있다.
