본 발명은 회전 가능한 차량용 키셋 장치의 결합구조에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 스티어링 칼럼의 키셋 고정홀을 고정돌기가 삽입된 상태에서 원주 방향 이격이 발생하도록 형성하고 고정돌기를 키셋 고정홀의 전면에 밀착되게 결합하여 충돌시 키셋 장치가 회전 가능하도록 함으로써, 키셋에 대한 충격 하중이 흡수되어 차량의 충돌시 발생되는 운전자의 우측 무릎과 키셋과의 충돌에 의한 운전자의 무릎을 보호할 수 있는 회전 가능한 차량용 키셋 장치의 결합 구조를 제공한다. 스티어링 칼럼, 키셋, 키셋 고정홀, 아암, 고정돌기
Abstract:
A measuring apparatus of painting thickness of a vehicle and a measuring method using the same are provided to measure painting thickness on a chassis by electro-deposition in real time during a painting process easily. A measuring apparatus of painting thickness of a vehicle comprises a streaming potential measuring sensor(10), a data processing system(20), and a thermal resistant wire. The streaming potential measuring sensor is attached inside or outside of a completed chassis. The data processing system receives data measured by the streaming potential measuring sensor, processes the received data and measures painting thickness of the chassis in real time. The thermal resistant wire couples the streaming potential measuring sensor to the data processing system.

A corrosion test equipment for vehicle electric parts is provided to measure corrosion of vehicle electric parts by using electrodes. A corrosion test equipment for vehicles electric parts comprises a main body(10), a rubber lower packing, a Teflon upper packing(30), a stand(40), and a probe(50). The main body is a glass tube. The lower packing is formed as a ring shape and installed to the lower end portion of the main body to prevent leakage of electrolyte. The upper packing is installed to the upper end portion of the main body and an electric chemical electrode is installed to the upper packing. The stand puts a sample on the top of the upper packing, and moves up and down along a pole(40a). The probe is made of copper. One end of the probe contacts with an electric circuit board and the other end of the probe is connected with the electrode. An electrode fixing hole is formed at the upper packing wherein an auxiliary electrode and a reference electrode are installed to the electrode fixing hole. The probe is provided with a probing tip which contacts with the circuit board.

A coupling structure of a rotatable keyset device for a vehicle is provided to protect the knee of a driver against impact between a right knee of the driver and a keyset in the event of vehicle collision. A coupling structure of a rotatable keyset device for a vehicle comprises a keyset fixing hole formed in a steering column, and a fixing protrusion(34) inserted into the keyset fixing hole. In the state in which the keyset hole is inserted into the fixing hole, a circumferential gap(x) is formed. The fixing protrusion is inserted in close contact with a front surface of the keyset fixing hole. The keyset fixing hole includes recesses on opposite sides thereof. The keyset fixing hole includes protrusions on opposite sides thereof.

본 발명은 자동차용 샤시부품의 부식피로 평가방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 전기화학적으로 샤시부품이 열화되는 환경조건을 설정하고, 부식시험조에서 샤시부품을 침지한다음 피로시험 장비로 부식피로 단품내구시험을 하여 보다 신뢰성 있고 정량적으로 평가할 수 있도록 한 자동차용 샤시부품의 부식피로 평가방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명은 단품용 부식피로 시험조건중 부식환경을 설정하는 단계와; 부식피로 시험조를 구축하는 단계와; 일정 응력하에서 파단되었을 때 필드와의 부식피로의 내구성을 HMC의 법칙에 의해 보정하는 단계와; 상기 HMC의 법칙과 전기화학적 평가를 통해 필드 재현성을 평가하는 단계; 를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 자동차용 샤시부품의 부식피로 평가방법을 제공한다. 샤시부품, 부식피로, 부식시험조, HMC의 법칙
Abstract:
A buckle of a seat belt is provided to prevent separation of a tongue by restricting a release bar by using an external force when the external force is applied to the buckle of the seat belt. A buckle of a seat belt includes a buckle body(50), a button(54), a buckle latch(52), a release bar(56), a vibrator(60), a release bar latch(62), and a return spring(64). The buckle latch is hinge-coupled to the interior of the buckle body. The button is reciprocally installed in the buckle body. The release bar is engaged with the button to restrict the buckle latch. The vibrator is rotatably installed in the buckle body and is rotated by an external force in the reciprocal movement direction of the button. The release bar latch is connected to the vibrator to restrict the release bar. The return spring resiliently supports the release bar latch in the restriction releasing direction of the release bar.
