Abstract: A fuel cell system is provided to simplify the structure of a purge system for inflammable gases, to reduce the weight and size, and to increase the degree of freedom in designs. A fuel cell system comprises: a stack(12) for generating electricity through electrochemical reactions between air supplied from a duct and moistened in a moistener and hydrogen depressurized in the middle of the duct; a circulation duct linked between the stack and the moistener to supply moistened exhaust gas discharged from the stack to the moistener; and a cooling water circulation duct connected to the stack in a loop shape and having a cooling water reservoir, and further comprises: a water producing unit(20) connected to each duct through a branch duct equipped with a solenoid valve and a control valve, and receiving the air and hydrogen to produce water; a water supply unit(30) connected to the moistener and the cooling reservoir through a main duct having a circulation pump(33) and connected to the water producing unit, wherein a sub-branch duct is connected in parallel to the outlet of the circulation pump through a three-way valve(34); and a controller into which output signals from a high-water level sensor(A) and a low-water level sensor(B) each mounted to the moistener and cooling water reservoir are input to control the solenoid valve, control valve, circulation pump and three-way valve.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A new structure micronization method is provided which rapidly cools a port part by using a thermoelectric material inside dies to manufacture high quality cylinder head for engine. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing a cylinder head, the method for micronizing structure of a cylinder head comprises first step of melting aluminum alloy as a raw material for the cylinder head to a temperature of 750 to 770 deg.C in a melting furnace; second step of injecting the aluminum alloy molten in the first step into the mold(30) formed of sand in a metal pattern(10) through a runner(20), wherein the metal pattern(10) comprising a mold(30) for manufacturing a port part, a thermoelectric material(40) for cooling the formed cylinder head, and a controller(50), a PC(60) and a timer(70) for controlling the thermoelectric material(40) is preheated to a temperature of 150 to 250 deg.C to prevent solidification of molten aluminum; third step of forming the molten aluminum injected into the mold in the second step in the temperature range of 680 to 740 deg.C so as to cast the cylinder head; and fourth step of cooling the cylinder head formed in the third step, wherein the fourth step is performed by operating the thermoelectric material(40) using the controller(50), PC(60) and timer(70), thereby controlling cooling speed of the cylinder head formed in the third step.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A valve for preventing the carbon corrosion of a fuel cell is provided to prevent air from being supplied to a cathode when the starting of a fuel cell is stopped. CONSTITUTION: A valve(10) for preventing the carbon corrosion of a fuel cell comprises an eccentric cam(20), a support plate(16), a moving plate(26), a spring(28), a horizontal rod(30), and an airtight plate(32). The eccentric cam is installed in a profile rotary shaft. The support plate is fixed to one side of an air supply line(12) and an air discharge line(14).
