Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for monitoring a fuel cell stack state is provided to use a diagnostic signal for responding to a frequency, thereby increasing diagnostic analyzing performance. CONSTITUTION: A diagnostic device(30) includes a signal generator(31) which generates a diagnostic signal for responding to a frequency. The signal generator applies the diagnostic signal to a load connection terminal of a fuel cell stack(10) through a signal line.
