    Abstract: PURPOSE: A top mount of an air suspension is provided to prevent the durability reduction of an air spring because a cardanic property with respect to the front and rear directions is reduced while a rotational property is offered. CONSTITUTION: A top mount of an air suspension comprises a top cap(130), a mount holder(120), a mount bracket assembly(110), and a rolling member(160). The top cap is formed the upper end part of an air spring. The upper end part of a shock absorber's piston rod moves a rod holding assembly(140) so that the top cap is inserted into the lower part of the central groove. The mount bracket assembly is arranged between the mount cap and top cap, thereby fixing a whole air strut to a vehicle body while elastically supporting the top cap. The rolling member is arranged between the top cap and mount bracket assembly.

CONSTITUTION: An active geometry control suspension comprises an assist link, a slider(120), a drive lever(140), a driving part(150), a position detection pin(160) and an elastic member. The assist link has one side which is connected to the wheel. The slider is connected to the other side of the assist link. One end of the drive lever is fixed with the slider. The driving part moves the drive lever so that the slider moves the fixed section. The drive lever is arranged in parallel with the position detection pin. One end of the position detection pin adheres closely to the outer side of the slider. The sensor is arranged in the inner side of the driving part and senses the location of the position detection pin.

The moveable member is mounted in the guide, and the guide is formed with a slot(260). The body is fixed in the car body so that the guide can be fixed. The drive unit moves along the slot and varies the location of the assist link, so the setting angle of the wheel is changed. The drive unit comprises a drive shaft(200), a manipulator(210), and a drive motor.

CONSTITUTION: An oil seal assembly is composed of a supporting member(6) fixed in an opening part of a housing(2) penetrated by a shaft(4); a sliding member(8) contacted to the supporting member for relative rotation, and fixed in the outer periphery of the shaft; a stopper member(10) contacted in the side of the sliding member with sliding; a seal member(12) inserted between the stopper member and the supporting member for sealing; and an elastic member(14) supplying elastic force for varying the length of the seal member in displacing the shaft axially. Supporting force of the seal member is increased, and wear of the seal member is prevented with varying the seal member according to axial displacement. Performance is improved with preventing oil leakage and inflow of foreign matters.
