Abstract: 본 발명은 질소산화물 저감 촉매의 재생 이후에 남은 질소산화물의 양과 이산화질소의 양을 정확히 예측하는 질소산화물 저감 촉매의 재생을 예측하는 방법 및 이를 이용하여 질소산화물 저감 촉매의 재생 시기 및 분사되는 환원제의 양을 조절하도록 하는 배기 장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 질소산화물 저감 촉매의 재생 예측 방법은 총 환원제 질량 유량을 계산하는 단계; 상기 총 환원제 질량 유량을 이용하여 질산염 환원 반응에 사용되는 환원제 질량 유량, 이산화질소 환원 반응에 사용되는 환원제 질량 유량, 그리고 단순히 산화되는 환원제 질량 유량을 계산하는 단계; 질산염 환원 반응에 사용되는 환원제 질량 유량 및 이산화질소 환원 반응에 사용되는 환원제 질량 유량을 이용하여 탈착된 이산화질소의 질량 유량과 환원되는 이산화질소의 질량 유량을 계산하는 단계; 질소산화물 저감 촉매에서 슬립되는 이산화질소의 질량 유량을 계산하는 단계; 그리고 탈착된 이산화질소의 질량 유량, 환원되는 이산화질소의 질량 유량, 그리고 슬립되는 이산화질소의 질량 유량으로부터 재생 후 상기 질소산화물 저감 촉매에 남는 이산화질소의 질량과 질소산화물의 질량을 계산하는 단계;를 포함할 수 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for estimating the amount of sulfur oxides stored in a denox(Denitrification) catalyst and an exhaust device using the same are provided to improve the fuel efficiency by controlling the spraying amount of reducing agents and a regeneration time according to the amount of the sulfur oxides. CONSTITUTION: A method for estimating the amount of sulfur oxides stored in a denox catalyst(40) is as follows. A mass flow of the sulfur oxides poisoning the DeNOx catalyst in a present operation state of a vehicle is calculated. The mass flow of the sulfur oxides desorbed from the DeNOx catalyst in the present operation of the vehicle is calculated. An output value by subtracting the mass flow of the sulfur oxides poisoning the DeNOx catalyst from the mass flow of the sulfur oxides desorbed from the DeNOx catalyst is integrated. The mass flow of the sulfur oxides poisoning the DeNOx catalyst is calculated.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A catalyst for a diesel particulate filter, a method for manufacturing the same, a smoke reducing apparatus for diesel vehicle including the same are provided to maintain the high activity of the catalyst for a long period of time regardless of high temperature or vulcanization condition by using a silica-carried platinum-neodymium alloy. CONSTITUTION: A catalyst for a diesel particulate filter includes a silica-carried platinum-neodymium alloy. The molar ratio of the platinum and the neodymium in the alloy is 1:0.1 to 1:1.2. The content of the platinum in the total weight of the catalyst is between 0.1 and 10 weight%. One H_2-temperature programmed reduction peak of the catalyst is in a range between 400 and 800 degrees Celsius. A method for manufacturing the catalyst includes the following: A platinum precursor and a neodymium precursor are mixed in an aqueous solution. The mixture is carried in silica. The silica-carried mixture is plasticized at a temperature between 300 and 600 degrees Celsius. In the plasticizing process, a platinum-neodymium alloy is formed and the alloy is fixed to the silica.
