Abstract: PURPOSE: A shaft or bearing behavior measurement apparatus is provided to measure the behavior of shaft or bearing in an accurate and stable manner, by protecting the measurement cell through the use of a protection ring. CONSTITUTION: A shaft or bearing behavior measurement apparatus(100) comprises a protection ring(10) for wrapping a bearing(13) interposed between a transmission housing(11) and a shaft(15). The protection ring includes a plurality of measurement grooves(20) arranged at the inner periphery of the protection ring, in a radial direction centering from the protection ring; and a measurement cell(30) installed to the measurement groove, and which measures behavior of the bearing and transmits the measured signal to an amplifier(40). The amplifier amplifies the signal measured by the measurement cell, and transmits the amplified signal to an analyzer(50) for analyzing and storing the signal.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A jig fixes a differential pinion to a differential case to limit differential operation for a transmission test to reuse a differential and improve workability of test preparation. CONSTITUTION: A jig includes a differential lock body(11), an engaging bolt(15) and a differential lock joint(16). The differential lock body(11) is a shaft member connecting a differential case(6) and differential pinions(8) in a differential and has a bolt hole(12) formed inside and a conical hole(13) with an increasing diameter formed on one side of the bolt hole(12). The engaging bolt(15) is inserted into the bolt hole(12) and the conical hole(13) of the differential lock body(11). The differential lock joint(16) is a conical member and inserted into the conical hole(13) of the differential lock body(11) and engaged with the engaging bolt(15) to widen the periphery of the conical hole(13) of the differential lock body(11).
