Abstract: PURPOSE: A novel phenylacetate derivative and a composition containing the same are provided to suppress T-type calcium ion channel activity and to use as a therapeutic agent for preventing or treating diseases caused by T-type calcium ion channel activity. CONSTITUTION: A phenylacetate derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the phenylacetate derivative comprises: a step of performing esterification of a carboxylic acid compound of chemical formula 2 under acid catalyst to obtain an ester compound of chemical formula 3; a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 3 with t-butoxide and isopropyl bromide to obtain a compound of chemical formula 4; a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 4 with 1,3-dibromopropane to obtain a compound of chemical formula 5; and a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 5 with a compound of chemical formula 6 or 7.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种新的苯乙酸酯衍生物和含有此类化合物的组合物以抑制T型钙离子通道活性，并用作预防或治疗由T型钙离子通道活性引起的疾病的治疗剂。 构成：苯乙酸酯衍生物由化学式1表示。制备苯乙酸酯衍生物的方法包括：在酸催化剂下进行化学式2的羧酸化合物的酯化步骤，得到化学式3的酯化合物; 使化学式3的化合物与叔丁醇和异丙基溴反应以获得化学式4的化合物的步骤; 使化学式4的化合物与1,3-二溴丙烷反应得到化学式5的化合物的步骤; 和使化学式5化合物与化学式6或化合物7反应的步骤。
