Abstract:
본 발명은 [10]-진저다이온([10]-gingerdione), 1-데하이드로-[10]-진저다이온(1-dehydro-[10]-gingerdione) 또는 이들의 혼합물, 또는 이들을 함유하는 건강( Zingiber Officinale ) 추출물을 유효 성분으로 함유하는 소염, 국소적 부종 경감, 수술 또는 타박상으로부터의 회복 촉진(혈전), 또는 심장 질환의 치료 또는 예방을 위한 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 거식세포(macrophage)의 2가지 주요한 기능 중 탐식 기능은 증가시키고 살균 기능은 억제하여 주변 조직에 손상이 없으면서 체내 노폐물을 제거하는 활성을 나타내므로 소염, 국소적 부종 경감, 수술 또는 타박상으로부터의 회복 촉진(혈전), 또는 심장 질환의 치료 또는 예방 등 죽은 세포 혹은 노폐물의 제거와 관련된 질환의 치료 또는 예방을 위한 약학 조성물뿐만 아니라 식품 첨가물로도 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a crude saponin compositions from Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.), A. DC is provided to enhance purity and active sponin content. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing crude saponin compounds from Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.), A. DC or extract thereof comprises: a step of juicing Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.), A. DC or extracting Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.), A. DC with alcohol of C1-C3; a step of dissolving the extract in distilled water and applying to a reverse phase gel-filled column; a step of adsorbing sponin components; a step of eluting the sponin with an ethanol or methanol solution to obtain sponin; and a step of purifying the sponin using organic solvent.

PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition for suppressing multiple drug resistance, containing a novel galbanic acid derivative is provided to enhance anti-cancer activity and viability for cancer patients with less side effects. CONSTITUTION: A galbanic acid derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for manufacturing the galbanic acid derivative comprises: a step of reacting halogenations reagent to galbanic acid of chemical formula 2 to obtain galbanic acid chloride of chemical formula 3; a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 3 with amine derivative under the presence of base to obtain a compound of chemical formula 1. A pharmaceutical composition for suppressing multiple drug resistance contains galbanic acid derivative or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt as an active ingredient.

A composition for preventing and treating neutodegenerative disease, which contains a polyphenol compound as an active ingredient is provided to have the effects of beta-amyloid coagulation inhibition, caspase-3 activity suppression and acetylcholinesterase activation suppression. A composition for preventing and treating neurodegenerative diseases comprises salvianolic acid, bakuchiol, epsilon-viniferin, rhapontigenin, piceatannol, luteolin, myricetin, or their mixture as an active ingredient. The neurodegenerative diseases are Alzheimer's disease, Pick's disease, Creutzfeldt-jakob, Parkinson's disease, Lou Gehrig's Disease, or Huntington's disease. The composition suppresses BACE-1[beta-site APP(amyloid precursor protein)-cleaving enzyme 1], caspase or acetylcholine esterase. The composition further comprises medicinal herb. 본 발명은 둥굴레속( Polygonatum ) 식물 또는 그 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 유해조류 및 개구리밥 방제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 방제방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 둥굴레속 식물 또는 그 추출물은 유익한 조류나 수생생물에는 무해하면서, 남조류 및 적조류 등의 유해조류에만 선택적으로 우수한 방제효능을 나타내고, 다른 방제활성을 가진 화합물들과 상가적 효과를 나타내므로, 이를 함유하는 방제 조성물은 자연친화적이면서 효능이 우수한 유해조류 방제제로서 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: The novel strain, Pythium myriotylum MD2(KCTC 10034BP) is used for selectively controlling weeds selected from American black cherry, Monochoria vaginalis, yellow birtch, Chondostereum purpureum, Northern joint vetch, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides f. sp. aeschynomene, Morrenia odorata, Phyrophthora palmivora, Poa annua, Pseudomonas gladioli, etc.
