Abstract:
PURPOSE: A polyamide resin composition is provided to ensure excellent molding strength, flexibility and appearance, and stability to chloride and gasoline. CONSTITUTION: A polyamide resin composition comprises 30-70 weight% of polyamide resin, 1-30 weight% of polypropylene resin, 3-40 weight% of reactive compatibilizer, 1-30 weight% of softening plasticizer and 0.3-5 weight% of reaction control agent. The polyamide resin is at least one selected from the group consisting of nylon 12, nylon 6, nylon 6/12, and a resin having an amide group and a carboxyl group in a molecular structure. The softening plasticizer is at least one kind selected from the group consisting of carprolactam, lauryl lactam, toluenesulfonamide derivative, glycolate, phthalate, adipate, and phosphate.
Abstract:
A system of a human body model for evaluating sheet convenience is provided to reduce manufacturing cost of a sheet by evaluating a sheet after measuring change and a location of an artificial joint of the human body model in real time. A system of a human body model for evaluating sheet convenience includes a sensor unit(10) and a data processing unit(20). The sensor part detects an angle of a corresponding joint, and is attached on each joint of the human body model. The data processing unit measures positional information about an adjoining joint based on distance information of the adjoining joint and angular information of a corresponding joint. The data processing unit measures absolute position information about a specific joint through coordinate conversion of the joint and the positional information.

An apparatus of adjusting the posture of the backbone of a seating feeling evaluating dummy is provided to simulate properties of the backbone joint of the human body according to variations in the upper body posture and thigh posture of a person sitting on a seat to correctly perform a seat comfort/discomfort performance test. An apparatus of adjusting the posture of the backbone of a seating feeling evaluating dummy includes a pelvis plate, a plurality of lumbar joints(10) having joint springs(9), which are stacked on the pelvis plate, a thigh joint rotatably set under the pelvis plate and connected to a thigh bar, and a pelvis turning member transmitting the turning force of the thigh joint to the pelvis plate and varying a vertical angle of the pelvis plate.

An active headrest structure of a vehicle seat is provided to improve comfort of a seat and an active performance by allowing a working bar interlocked with a suspension wire to move a headrest. An active headrest structure of a vehicle seat comprises a suspension wire(50) horizontally crossing a back frame(10) supporting a seat; a spring supporting the suspension wire at right and left; a rotary shaft(20) rotated by the suspension wire, vertically formed long, and rotatably installed to the back frame; a cam(30) formed with a spiral groove(32) along an outer peripheral surface, and mounted at the rotary shaft; and a horizontal bar(40) connected with a headrest supporting bar(42) installed to the back frame to vertically move, and provided with one end slides into the groove of the cam.
