CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for making a thin film includes a susceptor(50) provided below shower heads in a chamber. A glass(40) is fixed to the susceptor. The susceptor includes a plurality of main bodies(52) separately formed to be fixed to a lower surface of the glass and a heating portion(54) supplying heat to the main bodies. Preferably, the main bodies are arranged in a lattice shape and are separately moved. Hot wires fixed to the respective main bodies are preferably used as the heating portion.
