Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing sweetbrier leaves tea is provided to remarkably reduce toxicity of the tea through three roasting processes, to increase antidiabetic effect and antioxidant effect, and to obtain functional herb tea by containing more catechins and eliminating bitter and sour tastes of the sweetbrier leaves tea. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing sweetbrier leaves tea comprises the following steps: steaming sweetbrier leaves in steam of 100 °C for 40 seconds or more; drying the sweetbrier leaves for 15 minutes using hot wind of 130 °C; rubbing the dried sweetbrier leaves at a room temperature for 15 minutes; firstly roasting the sweetbrier leaves at 90-140 °C for 20 minutes; secondarily roasting the sweetbrier leaves at 140-190 °C for 20 minutes; and thirdly roasting the sweetbrier leaves at 190-240 °C for 20 minutes. The sweetbrier leaves tea, which is manufactured using the method, increases antidiabetic and antioxidant effects.

본 발명은 글루칸수크라제를 이용하여 클로로제닉산에 당을 전이하여 그 유사체들을 제조하는 방법과 이로부터 제조된 당전이 유사체 및 그 특성에 관한 것으로, 0.1-1M 농도의 설탕이 함유된 용액에 상기 글루칸수크라제를 첨가한 다음, 이를 28℃의 반응기에서 클로로제닉산과 반응시킴으로써 설탕의 글루코오스를 전이하여 상기 물질의 유사체들을 생성하는 단계; 및 상기 방법으로부터 제조된 상기 유사체들에 관한 것으로 제공된다. 본 발명에 의하면 글루칸수크라제를 이용하여 클로로제닉산의 당전이 유사체들을 합성할 수 있으며, 이와 같이 합성된 당전이 유사체들은 반응 전에 비해 항산화 및 항암활성이 증가되고 용해도 및 기호도가 증가되어, 식품, 화장품 및 의약품산업 등의 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 클로로제닉산, 글루칸수크라제, 설탕, 당전이, 대장암, 항산화, 용해도

본 발명은 해당화 잎을 이용하여 옥록차를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 해당화를 증열하는 단계; 열풍을 이용하여 조유하는 단계; 비비는 단계; 90~140℃에서 20분간 1차 덖음, 140~190℃에서 20분간 2차 덖음 및 190~240℃에서 20분간 3차 덖음하는 순차적인 덖음 처리를 특징으로 하는 해당화 옥록차의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 해당화의 독성을 현저히 감소시키고 항당뇨, 항산화 및 항지질 효과를 지닌 기능성 성분이 증가되며 해당화 특유의 향과 맛이 어우러진 새로운 형태의 해당화 옥록차를 제공하는 것에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A method of making herbal tea using Rosa rugosa Thunberg is provided to improve functional flavor and taste of Rosa rugosa Thunberg and to increase antidiabetic effect and oxygen-resistant while reducing toxicity. CONSTITUTION: A method of making herbal tea using Rosa rugosa Thunberg includes the following steps: steaming Rosa rugosa Thunberg in 100°C for 40 seconds; drying and slightly roasting the steamed Rosa rugosa Thunberg with hot wind of 130°C; rubbing the roasted Rosa rugosa Thunberg for 15 minutes; roasting the rubbed Rosa rugosa Thunberg for 20 minutes in 90~140°C; roasting Rosa rugosa Thunberg for 20 minutes; and roasting the Rosa rugosa Thunberg for 20 minutes. The Rosa rugosa Thunberg includes stem, root, leaf, berries, or flower.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing chlorogenic acid glycoside is provided to enhance solubility and preference and to use in foods, cosmetics, and medicines. CONSTITUTION: A chlorogenic acid glycoside is prepared using sugar and glucansucrase. The glucansucrase is obtained from Leuconostoc mesenteroides B-512FMCM. The enzyme reaction is performed by adding glucansucrase in a solution containing 0.1-1M of sugar and reacting at 28°C for 12 hours. A method for producing the chlorogenic acid glycoside comprises a step of isolating glycoside using non-polar solvent. The non-solvent is butanol.

PURPOSE: A functional cosmetic composition containing ellagic acid extract is provided to ensure anti-wrinkling and whitening effects. CONSTITUTION: A method for isolating ellagic acid from pomegranate comprises: a step of adding water, ethanol, methanol, ethyl acetate, n-hexane, or mixture thereof to dried and crushed pomegranate skin; a step of treating by 20-100 mHz ultrasonication at 25-45°C for 10 minutes to one hour; a step of adding 0.1-1M of HCl; a step of refluxing at 200°C for 1-3 hours; a step of adding aceonitrile to the extract; and a step of centrifuging the extract to separate supernatant. The cosmetic composition contains ellagic acid or ellagic acid extract. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating atopy contains the ellagic acid or ellagic acid extract.
