PURPOSE: A factory type plant cultivation system is provided to facilitate a transportation process of a cultivation plate inside the system, and to use the cultivation system for a water culture or nutrient solution culture method. CONSTITUTION: A factory type plant cultivation system comprises the following: a cultivation bed(10) for storing a cultivation solution formed with water or a nutrient solution; a cultivation plate(20) installed in the inside of the cultivation bed; a supporting jaw(16) for horizontally supporting the cultivation plate; a water supply pipe(30) installed on one side of the cultivation bed for supplying a cultivation solution to the cultivation bed; a drain pipe(40) installed on the other side of the cultivation bed for draining; and a water supply amount control device(60) for controlling the amount of the cultivation solution.

A method of manufacturing fried noodles seasoning powder by enzymatic degradation of fried noodles using a protease or a starch liquefying enzyme is provided, which increases drying speed by chemically changing the physical properties of the fried noodles and shortens drying time by increasing the volume of the fried noodles and thus provides starch seasoning powder with uniform quality and enhanced flavor. The fried noodles seasoning powder using enzymatic degradation is prepared by the steps of: producing fried noodles; enzymatically-degrading the fried noodles in the first step by grinding the fried noodles, adding water to the ground and fried noodles, heating the mixture and adding a protease to the mixture; enzymatically-degrading the enzymatically-degraded fried noodles of the first step in the second step by heating the fried noodles of the first step, adding a starch liquefying enzyme to the fried noodles and agitating the mixture; heating the enzymatically-degraded fried noodles of the second step to inactivate the enzyme; adding a physical property improver to the inactivated fried noodles; and concentrating and drying the inactivated fried noodles under a vacuum.

CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of spring onion using an artificial lighting comprises the following steps: filling a cultivation board(14) on a germinating plate with water and seedling boxes; planting spring onion seedlings for germinating in a dark room; and periodically supplying a nutrient solution and the artificial lighting to the spring onion seedlings.

A soybean protein hydrolysate is provided to induce expression of heme oxygenase-1(HO-1), protect cells by effects of HO-1 including anti-inflammation, cell proliferation and apoptosis inhibition, and protect and treat vascular damage shown in obesity, hypertension, impotence, dysuria, diabetes, arthritis and aging. A tripeptide isolated and purified from black soybean is provided to promote energy metabolism and inhibit fat synthesis by activating AMPK(5'-AMP(adenosine monophosphate) activated protein kinase), so that the tripeptide is useful for preventing and treating obesity. A tripeptide from black soybean for inhibiting differentiation of adipocytes and activating AMPK in muscle cells has the amino acid sequence of Ile-Gln-Asn or Tyr-Gly-Asn, and is isolated and purified from black soybean by subjecting the black soybean to prep-FPLC(fast protein liquid chromatography), filtering an active fraction with a 0.2 mum membrane filter, passing the filtered product through the column packed with acetonitrile, measuring absorbance at 214 nm, collecting a peak fraction with a collector, and concentrating the peak fraction under reduced pressure.

A black soybean peptide composition is provided to be able to increase the activity of AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK), lower blood sugar by increasing in vivo insulin-sensitivity, decrease the size of differentiated fat cells and increase the activity of signal transducer and activator transcript 3(STAT-3), thereby being able to prevent obesity and type 2 diabetes. The black soybean peptide composition is obtained by hydrolyzing black soybean with endo-peptidase and exo-peptidase into solid phase and liquid phase, filtering the liquid phase and then pulverizing it. The black soybean peptide composition is characterized in that it increases the activity of AMPK to promote cellular absorption of sugar in blood, thereby lowering blood sugar, and promotes the energy consumption in the cell, thereby providing body weight decrease effect.
