PURPOSE: An injection composition for anti-cancer which containing docetaxel as an active ingredient is provided ensure bioavailability same as a conventional injection product and low hemolysis. CONSTITUTION: An injection composition contains docetaxel as an active ingredient, glycofurol(tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol polyethyleneglycolether) or DMA(dimethylaceteamide) as a solubilizing agent, and solutol, acepol, or poroxamer as a surfactant. The weight ratio between solubilizing agent and surfactant is 1:0.5-6. The pH concentration of the injection composition is adjusted at pH 4-6.

A novel pheromonal odorant is provided to be easily synthesized, thereby a composition comprising the same compound improving breeding efficiency through estrus synchronization of pig stably and economically and increasing the efficiency of pig farming management by decreasing labor force. A tetrahydrofuran based compound is represented by a formula(1). A composition for inducing estrus of pig or cow comprises the tetrahydrofuran based compound as an effective ingredient.

본 발명은 왕겨섬유 및 이를 이용한 고벌크의 왕겨섬유 제지에 관한 것으로, 상기 본 발명의 제지는 왕겨섬유를 이용함으로써 왕겨섬유의 톱니모양에 독특한 형태에 따라 제조된 제지제품의 공극이 발달하고 상대적으로 두껍고 벌크한 구조를 형성하게 되어, 기존의 벌크향상용으로 적용되고 있는 목분과 비교하여 우수한 벌크향상 효과가 있을 뿐 아니라 목분과는 다르게 이화학적 특성이 목재섬유와 유사함으로써 활용성이 높아 이를 적용하여 고벌크 제지제품을 생산함으로써 강직도 등 종이물성의 향상 및 생산공정에서의 건조속도를 증가시켜 건조에너지를 감소시키고, 생산원가, 원료의 절감 효과로 전 세계적으로 자원이 부족한 목재섬유의 대체자원으로 폐자원의 재활용 및 제지산업의 발전에 크게 기여할 것이다.

PURPOSE: A rice husk friber and a rice husk fiber paper using the same are provided to ensure relatively thickness of the paper due to air gap and to reduce drying energy during production process. CONSTITUTION: A rice husk paper of high bulk contains 1-50 wt% of rice husk fiber having cylindrical fiber and fiber of sawdust. The rice bran fiber is prepared by digesting rice husks or straw to separate digested liquid and residue, isolating silica from the isolated digested liquid; and obtaining fiber powder. The rice husk is treated with 150-200 g/m^3 of ozone after acetic acid treatment. The rice husk fiber has chemical composition containing 65-75% of carbon, 25-30% of oxygen, 0.1-0.5% of silicon, and 0.3-1% of calcium.

A boar semen diluent for artificial insemination is provided to be simple for preparation, be able to be stored in a general refrigerator at a temperature of 4 deg.C, and be used for 5 days at any time, thereby being easy for artificial insemination in swine farming and in vitro fertilization in laboratories and significantly contributing to species improvement of the swine and the study of a biological engineering field. A boar semen diluent for artificial insemination comprises 30-40 grams of glucose, 10-15 grams of TES(N-tris[hydroxymethyl]methyl-2-aminoethane-sulfonic acid), 1-3 grams of Tris[hydroxymethyl]aminomethane, 0.1-2 grams of KCl, 0.1-2 grams of N-acetyl-D glucosamine, 150-250 ml of yolk, and 2-5 grams of BSA(Bovine serum albumin) per 1,000 ml of an aqueous solution.

A method for producing piglet is provided to be able to increase the normal birth rate of cloned pig by co-transplantation of in vitro fertilization and somatic cell cloned fertilized eggs, significantly shorten the culturing period of the fertilized egg and improve the normal birth rate from a small number of ova. A method for producing piglet comprises the steps of: (a) culturing collected immature ova of slaughtered pig; (b) after preparing (i) a fertilized egg obtained by in vitro fertilization of the mature ova prepared by the step(a) and liquid semen, and (ii) a somatic cell transplanted fertilized egg obtained by transplanting a donor somatic cell into an enucleated prepared mature ova prepared by enucleating the mature ova of the step(a), respectively culturing (i) and (ii) for 16-36 hours; and (c) transplanting 150-250 fertilized eggs prepared by the in vitro fertilization and the somatic cell transplantation into one surrogate mother. Further, a culture ground of the immature ova contains 2-6 follicle films having 4-6 mm of size.

A method for in vitro maturation of a porcine oocyte is provided to increase in vitro maturation rate of immature porcine oocyte, and reduce intrusion of multiple sperms, increase normal fertilization rate, and enhance blastocyst formation rate in the in vitro fertilization. A method for in vitro maturation of a porcine oocyte comprises the steps of: adding theca follicle into an in vitro maturation medium, which is prepared by adding 26.19 mM NaHCO3, 3.05 mM glucose, 0.91 mM sodium pyruvate, 75 mug/ml sodium penicillin G, 50 mug/ml streptomycin sulfate and 0.1% polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) in tissue culture medium(TCM) 199, in an amount of 1-6 theca follicle with the size of 2-4 mm per 2 ml of medium, and performing in vitro culture of the porcine oocyte in the in vitro maturation medium for 36-48 hours.
