    Abstract: PURPOSE: An injection composition for anti-cancer which containing docetaxel as an active ingredient is provided ensure bioavailability same as a conventional injection product and low hemolysis. CONSTITUTION: An injection composition contains docetaxel as an active ingredient, glycofurol(tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol polyethyleneglycolether) or DMA(dimethylaceteamide) as a solubilizing agent, and solutol, acepol, or poroxamer as a surfactant. The weight ratio between solubilizing agent and surfactant is 1:0.5-6. The pH concentration of the injection composition is adjusted at pH 4-6.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A rice husk friber and a rice husk fiber paper using the same are provided to ensure relatively thickness of the paper due to air gap and to reduce drying energy during production process. CONSTITUTION: A rice husk paper of high bulk contains 1-50 wt% of rice husk fiber having cylindrical fiber and fiber of sawdust. The rice bran fiber is prepared by digesting rice husks or straw to separate digested liquid and residue, isolating silica from the isolated digested liquid; and obtaining fiber powder. The rice husk is treated with 150-200 g/m^3 of ozone after acetic acid treatment. The rice husk fiber has chemical composition containing 65-75% of carbon, 25-30% of oxygen, 0.1-0.5% of silicon, and 0.3-1% of calcium.

    Abstract: A method for producing piglet is provided to be able to increase the normal birth rate of cloned pig by co-transplantation of in vitro fertilization and somatic cell cloned fertilized eggs, significantly shorten the culturing period of the fertilized egg and improve the normal birth rate from a small number of ova. A method for producing piglet comprises the steps of: (a) culturing collected immature ova of slaughtered pig; (b) after preparing (i) a fertilized egg obtained by in vitro fertilization of the mature ova prepared by the step(a) and liquid semen, and (ii) a somatic cell transplanted fertilized egg obtained by transplanting a donor somatic cell into an enucleated prepared mature ova prepared by enucleating the mature ova of the step(a), respectively culturing (i) and (ii) for 16-36 hours; and (c) transplanting 150-250 fertilized eggs prepared by the in vitro fertilization and the somatic cell transplantation into one surrogate mother. Further, a culture ground of the immature ova contains 2-6 follicle films having 4-6 mm of size.
