Abstract: PURPOSE: Installation structure of a suspension for a vehicle is provided to improve endurance against external force by fixing the suspension at the side of a wheel housing inner panel with eliminating a box formed by a center tray panel and a front lower tray panel. CONSTITUTION: A suspension installation system is composed of a front lower tray panel(2) installed in the side of a wheel housing inner panel(3) attaching an upper arm rear reinforcing panel(13), and mounted in the side of a center tray; a side tray panel(6) mounted in a front side tray panel(5) in the lower part of a center tray panel(1); a side tray upper rear panel(7) jointed in the upper part of the center tray panel; and a hinge mounting reinforcing panel(9) between the side tray upper rear panel and the center tray panel. External force is distributed through the vehicle body mounting part with connecting the side tray upper rear panel. The endurance is improved, and the weight of the vehicle and the working process are reduced.

CONSTITUTION: In a hinge mounting reinforcing structure for a vehicle trunk lid, a bracket(20) for fixing a trunk lid hinge mounting is formed with a shape equal to an outer shape of an extension plate of an outer side panel to be joined with the extension plate by welding, wherein the trunk mounting hinge mounting is connected to the extension plate and the bracket is coupled with the trunk lid hinge mounting by a bolt, so that the vibration transmitted to the trunk lid hinge mounting is transmitted to the whole vehicle chassis, thereby preventing the generation of cracks in the trunk lid hinge mounting.

Abstract: A bi-directional tri-state PWM dc-dc converter for fuel cell vehicle is provided to reduce the size of the input / output filter and EMI by having input/output current ripple of the three-phase converter smaller than that of a single phase converter. In a bi-directional tri-state PWM dc-dc converter for fuel cell vehicle, a high voltage part(700) comprises a source power(701), a filter capacitor(702) and a first switch part(703). A filter capacitor is connected to the source power in parallel, and a first switch part is connected to the filter capacitor. The first switch part comprises six MOSFETs(Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor). The low voltage part(720) comprises the battery for an auxiliary power(724), a filter unit and the second switch part(721). The filter unit removes the high frequency ripple. The second switch part is connected to the battery, and the second switch part comprises the six MOSFETs. The high-frequency transformer(710) is connected between the high voltage part and low voltage part. A Controller controls the first switch part and the second switch part while having a PWM circuit.

Abstract: A switching control system for a DC-DC converting apparatus is provided to decrease a size and a weight of the DC-DC converting apparatus, to improve durability of a switch, and to enhance fuel efficiency through enhancing power conversion efficiency. Abstract: 본 발명은 자동차용 트렁크 스위치 구조에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 트렁크 스위치를 작동시킬 때 발생되는 소음을 감소시킬 수 있는 자동차용 트렁크 스위치 구조에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 목적은, 레버를 당겨 트렁크 리드를 열고 레버를 놓을 때 레버하우징과 레버가 충돌하여도 소음이 발생되지 않도록 함으로써, 레버의 작동감 및 이에 따른 소음 감소를 이룰 수 있도록 한 자동차용 트렁크 스위치 구조를 제공함에 있다.
상기한 목적을 실현하기 위하여 본 발명은, 레버 하우징(50)에 힌지(51)로 결합됨과 아울러 운전자가 손가락으로 작동시키도록 그립부(52)가 형성되고 하단으로 작동부(53)가 연장 형성된 레버(54)를 포함하는 자동차용 트렁크 스위치 구조에 있어서, 상기한 레버(54)를 당겼다가 놓을 때 레버 하우징(50)과 직접 충돌하지 않도록 하여 소음 감소 및 충격 완충을 할 수 있도록 레버(54)의 작동부(53)와 하우징(50)의 사이에 형성된 탄성수단을 포함함을 특징으로 한다.
