과산화수소 측정 센서 및 과산화수소 측정 센서의 작업 전극 제조 방법이 제공된다. 상기 과산화수소 측정 센서는, 기준 전극, 상대 전극 및 산화구리 나노플라워 전극을 포함하는 작업 전극을 포함하되, 산화구리 나노플라워 전극은, 산화구리 전극과 산화구리 전극의 일면에 형성된 폴리이미드 테이프(polyimide tape) 층을 포함한다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a PDMS microchannel for an immunosensor, which uses a mixed mold of glass bead-SU8 instead of the existing SU8 mold. The manufacturing method for a microchannel is implemented by the same process as the existing SU8 mold manufacturing process except the use of a glass bead-SU8 mixture instead of SU8 and plasma processing on a wafer, and does not add any complex process for transforming the inner surface of a microchannel. In addition, the manufacturing method for an immunosensor can have a large surface area in order to efficiently fixate an antibody, and can obtain a PDMS microchannel having a surface with high hydrophobicity. The microchannel can be utilized as an immunosensor by effectively fixating protein particles therein.

A manufacturing method of a surface plasmonic color filter includes the steps of: (a) forming a metal film on a substrate; (b) forming a photosensitive layer on the metal layer; (c) forming a periodical nono hole array on the photosensitive layer by emitting a laser interference pattern on the photosensitive layer; (d) etching the metal film by using the nano hole array on the photosensitive layer to form another nano hole array on the metal film; and (e) removing the photosensitive layer with the nano hole array from the metal film with the nano hole array and forming a dielectric layer on the metal layer with the nano hole array.

PURPOSE: A multi-type oxygen sensor integrated with a cell counter is provided to measure various properties while processing more than two reagents for one cell solution, and to measure multiple samples while the cell activity is high. CONSTITUTION: A multi-type oxygen sensor is laminated with an oxygen sensor(1`) and a cell counter(101`). The oxygen sensor comprises: a first substrate(10); a membrane substrate bonded to the first substrate and defining multiple chambers between the first substrate and the membrane substrate, while including each membrane to selectively transmit oxygen into the chamber; and an electrode formed in each chamber. The cell counter comprises: a second substrate formed with a hole matching each membrane; a cell inlet to insert a cell solution; a channel substrate(120) defining a channel to insert the cell solution on each membrane; and an electrode formed on the channel connected to the membranes.

PURPOSE: A hollow polymer micro-needle array and a manufacturing method thereof is provided to secure the elasticity of a polymer material which prevents damage from impacts, to effectively transfer a non-stimulative medicine into a human body by excellent biocompatibility. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of hollow polymer micro-needle array comprises the steps of: forming a mask layer(20) in a substrate(10) with a micro lens(11); coating a polymer material on the upper side of the substrate with the mask layer; forming a lower array substrate of a micro needle by exposing the polymer material(30); re-coating an another polymer material to the lower array substrate and forming the micro needle by exposing the substrate from the back side; and separating the micro needle by removing and developing the substrate. A passage passing through the center of the needle is formed from spraying the polymer materials to the transparent substrate with the form of the micro lens.

PURPOSE: A DNA chip using carbon nano tube is provided to accurately many kinds of a target DNA in a short time by integrating two or more probe DNAs. CONSTITUTION: A DNA chip using carbon nano tube comprises: an insulating substrate(2); plural wire arrays(10) which is placed at one side of the insulating substrate to provide metal electrode(12); an insulation layer(20) which covers the insulating substrate and metal array; a plural carbon nano tube electrodes(30) which is fixed with the metal electrode through electrode hole; and two or more probe DNAs(40) having complementarity with different target DNAs; The insulating substrate is glass, qurtz or plastic. The metal array contains platinum(Pt), metal(Au), silver(Ag), chrome(Cr), cupper(Cu). Aluminum, nickel(Ni) palladium(Pd) or titanium(Ti).
