CONSTITUTION: A PCV valve for a car engine comprises a body of a head cover side(110), a nipple of an inlet manifold side(120), a valve body(130), a spring(140), and a washer(150). The PCV valve for a car engine is installed between the inlet manifold side of a car engine and head cover side. The nipple of the inlet manifold side is connected to a front end part of the body. The valve body is installed inside the body. The spring elastically supports the valve body. The washer is installed between the body and the nipple. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic-cylinder deactivating device in a vehicle comprises a de-activation unit(5). The de-activation unit is located between a cam(1) and a valve(2). The de-activation unit vertically reciprocates with pressure applied by rolling-contact with the eccentric cam nose(1a) of the cam. When oil is supplied, the de-activation unit goes to the side of the cam and does not make rolling contact with the cam nose.
