Abstract:
A circuit board mounting arrangement is provided including a circuit board and a press fit mounting bushing including a cylindrical inner piece and an outer piece secured to the inner piece. The outer piece has a plurality of radially projecting, deformable elements and the circuit board has a cylindrical opening having a diameter less than an outer diameter of the radially projecting deformable elements. The deformable elements deform when the mounting bushing is pushed into the cylindrical opening of the circuit board so as to hold the mounting bushing to the circuit board. The circuit board and press fit bushing are then overmolded.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an arrangement comprising an electric and/or electronic module (10) and a circuit carrier (12), wherein at least one electric connecting line (14) of the electric and/or electronic module (10) can be accommodated in a recess (16) of the circuit carrier (12). The arrangement comprises at least one clamping element (18a, 18b, 18c, 18d) which immobilizes the at least one connecting line (14) in the recess (16) once it has been introduced into the recess (16).
Abstract:
An item of print media (30) including an inductive secondary (50) for providing power to a load (32). The inductive secondary is responsive to an electromagnetic flux to generate a time-varying current or voltage therein. The current or voltage induced in the inductive secondary directly or indirectly powers the load to thereby enhance the functionality and/or the appeal of the item of print media without significantly adding to its cost. The load can provide a visual and/or auditory output, and can include an electroluminescent display, an e-ink display, a piezo speaker coil, an electrostatic speaker, an OLED, an LED or an LCD display. Embodiments of the invention can be utilized in connection with a wide variety of print media, including for example books, booklets, pamphlets, labels, magazines, manuals, brochures, maps, charts, posters, journals, newspapers or loose leaf pages.
Abstract:
A riveting machine is configured for attaching a number of fasteners to an object member. The riveting machine includes a main body, a vibrating module, a positioning module, a pressing module, and a control module. The vibrating module is positioned adjacent to the main body, and vibrates a number of fasteners to align the fasteners for use. The positioning module is attached to the main body to halt the object member moving once it is in position. The pressing module is attached to the main body, and gets the fasteners from the vibrating module and rivets the fasteners to the object member. The control module is electronically connected to the positioning module and the pressing module for respectively controlling the positioning module and the pressing module.
Abstract:

Busbars 50 are arranged in the resin molded article 30 and include exposed end portions 52 exposed from the resin molded article 30. Connecting portions 52A are provided at the leading ends of the exposed end portions 52 and are riveted to an oil temperature sensor 41 on the metal plate 20. Opposite lateral sides of the exposed end portions 52 are partly in contact with the resin molded article 30.
Abstract:
A lighting device may include a printed circuit board, wherein the printed circuit board has wiring on at least one of the front side and the back side thereof, the respective wiring is covered by at least one potting layer, the lighting device furthermore has at least one electrically conductive punched bushing and the punched bushing extends through a potting layer at least to the wiring and contacts the wiring.
Abstract:
A method and device for electromagnetic shielding is disclosed. An example arrangement includes a first and a second printed circuit board arranged adjacently and having an electromagnetic shield cover. An electrically conductive plug electrically provides an interconnection of the electromagnetic shielding.
Abstract:
The present invention is to provide a circuit board capable of loading high electrical current, which comprises an insulation plate and a plurality of conductive plates each positioned on the insulation plate by riveting. A plurality of first insertion holes of the insulation plate are aligned with a plurality of second insertion holes of the conductive plates, respectively, so that the aligned first and second insertion holes of the circuit board can be welded with a plurality of electric components (such as resistors, capacitors, fuses, etc.). Therefore, the insulation plate and each of the conductive plates can be easily combined with each other by riveting to form a finished product of the circuit board without some complicated steps including exposure, development and etching, so that the manufacturing process of the circuit board capable of loading high electrical current can be efficiently simplified.
Abstract:
A circuit board includes a foil circuit provided on a synthetic resin plate formed by injection molding, made of a copper foil, and having a pattern different for the circuit board. Anchor pins projecting upward are provided on the resin plate and passed through pinholes made in the foil circuit. The foil circuit is positioned and secured to the resin plate. In a required portion of the resin plate, a terminal insertion hole is provided, and a receiving terminal is secured to the required portion of the terminal insertion hole and connected to the foil circuit.
