Abstract: An electrical assembly includes a support element which has a body and a surface formed on the body, an electrical functional element arranged on the support element, and a temperature monitoring device arranged on the support element for monitoring a temperature on the electrical functional element. The temperature monitoring device includes a temperature sensor arranged on the surface of the support element, a physical contact element arranged on the surface of the support element, and at least one heat-conducting device embedded in the body of the support element. The at least one heat-conducting device extends at least in sections below the temperature sensor in the body and is thermally connected to the physical contact element via at least one through-connection. The physical contact element is thermally coupled to a coupling surface operatively connected to the electrical functional element.

Abstract: A resistor support assembly includes first, second, third, and fourth support members. Each of the first and second support members includes one or more resistor contact regions and apertures extending therethrough. Each third support member is at least partially disposed within one of the apertures of one of the first support members and one of the apertures of one of the second support members. Recesses may be formed in the resistor contact regions of the first and the second support members, and one or more load resistors may be at least partially disposed within the recesses. The resistor support assembly may be used to mount one or more load resistors to a printed circuit board, without obstructing airflow through hollow portions of the load resistors. To reduce parasitic capacitance and inductance, the first support members and the second support members are formed from non-conductive materials.

Abstract: A holder structure for mounting light indicators on printed circuit boards using surface mount technology at a position elevated above the surface of the board is provided with a body member including a top wall, a bottom wall, opposed sidewalls, a front wall, and a rear wall, all being formed integrally together. Two spaced-apart recesses are formed and aligned vertically in the front wall of the body member terminating in respective first and second interior wall portions. The first interior wall portion has openings formed on diametrically opposed sides of a vertical partition and lying in a horizontal plane parallel to the bottom wall. The second interior wall portion has openings formed on diametrically opposed sides of a transverse partition and lying in a plane which is rotated a predetermined number of degrees from a vertical plane perpendicular to the bottom wall.

Abstract: A component holding structure for holding a plurality of through-hole components having an axial lead includes a pair of opposing end walls that define a cavity between them. The cavity is configured to receive the through-hole components. The through-hole components are positioned between the pair of opposing end walls in a vertically-stacked configuration. Each one of the end walls includes at least one slot that is configured to receive the axial lead of each through-hole component when the plurality of through-hole components are inserted into the component holding structure.
