PURPOSE: A hair cosmetic composition containing dichloromethane fraction of Sapindus mukorossi is provided to ensure antibacterial effect and to prevent electrostatic discharge and hair loss. CONSTITUTION: A method for purifying saponin tablet from Sapindus mukorossi comprises: a step of preparing spermoderm or pericarp of Sapindus mukorossi; a step of performing reflux extraction of spermoderm or pericarp of Sapindus mukorossi using low alcohol of C1-C5 or mixture of alcohol and water at 60-80°C for 3-5 hours; a step of extracting 30-40 weight% of saponin crude extract; and a step of obtaining dichloromethane fraction of the crude extract. A hair cosmetic composition contains 25-35 weight% of saponin and 1-5 weight% of dichloromethane fraction. The composition is used in the form of shampoo, hair conditioner, hair tonic, or hair cream.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a cucumber face pack using medicinal herbs is provided to secure an antibiotic and medicinal effect from the medicinal herbs and a skin-lightening and moisturizing effect from the cucumber. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a cucumber face pack using medicinal herbs comprises the following steps: mixing a paste by adding 5 kilograms of cucumber pulp juice with 10% moisture and 1 kilogram of flour(S10); adding 100 milliliters of water, 40 grams of white sugar, 40 milliliters of oligosaccharide, 10 milliliters of honey, 3 milliliters of brewing vinegar, 10 milliliters of cucumber flavor, 30 milliliters of sanguisorbae Radix extract, and 30 milliliters of scutellariae Radix extract(S20); mixing and stirring the mixture(S30); molding the mixture(S40); and drying the molded mixture(S50).

PURPOSE: A method for preparing natural dye using camphor tree and a dyeing method using the same are provided to ensure clear color and excellent product value by improving a dyeing property. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing natural dye using camphor tree comprises the steps of: (S10) washing a collected camphor tree stem and removing foreign materials; (S20) pulverizing the washed camphor tree stem to the size of 2-10mm to form camphor tree powder; (S30) removing moisture and protein components by drying the camphor tree powder with hot-air at 100-180°C for 1-3 hours; (S40) mixing 3-7 weight% of the dried camphor tree powder and 93-97 weight% of alkaline water 93 with pH10-13 of acidity and heating the mixture at 80-100°C for 10-30 minutes to make dye extract; (S50) separating and removing solid camphor tree powder by filtering the dye extract; (S60) adding acid solution to the filtered dye extract and controlling acidity to pH 4-6; (S70) concentrating the neutralized dye extract at high concentration; (S80) freeze-drying the concentrated dye extract to remove moisture; and (S90) pulverizing the dye aggregated through freeze-drying to form dye powder.

PURPOSE: A bio diesel manufacturing method from tree seeds oil is provided to replace vegetable oil as a material for bio diesel for reducing manufacturing cost using cheap plant resources. CONSTITUTION: A bio diesel manufacturing method from tree seeds oil comprises the following steps: inserting alcohol as a reactant in a material including oil and fat obtained from a camellia, a castor-oil plant, a tung tree and a tea tree; adding an additive to improve reaction speed for transesterification at an acid or an alkali catalyst; layer separating glycerol from the product after reaction; and distilling the alcohol to separate, and cleaning to obtain bio diesel. A method of cultivating cauliflower mushroom(Sparassis crispa) using raw chips or sawdust of thinned wood of coniferous plants without after ripening and steam treatment is provided to omit a mycelial scraping and to shorten the cultivation period by 20 days as compared with bottle cultivations and to improve the productivity. An internal tissue of cauliflower mushroom is transplanted into a potato agar medium and cultured at 20 to 30deg.C and 50 to 60deg.C for 20 to 30 days after subculturing to give liquid inoculum or solid inoculum. The liquid inoculum or solid inoculum is inoculated into a culture medium, cultured at 20 to 30deg.C and 50 to 70% humidity for 40 to 50 days under 1,000 to 2,000 lux illumination, subjected to mushroom differentiation and cultured for 20 to 30 days in a mushroom-growing room. The mushroom differentiation is performed at 18 to 22deg.C and 100% humidity in a state in which ventilation is turned off for 24hr to induce mushroom differentiation and then at 8 to 22deg.C and 90 to 100% humidity under 1,500 to 2,500 lux illumination in the mushroom-growing room while a ventilation device is turned on for 1 to 2min and off for 5 to 10min after 2 to 3 days. The culture medium is obtained by the steps of: mixing 35 to 50% by weight of a sawdust mixture containing 80 to 90% by weight of pine tree sawdust, 5 to 10% by weight of corn flour and 5 to 10% by weight of all-purpose flour and 50 to 65% by weight of water; sterilizing the mixture at 121deg.C and 1.2 atm for 90 to 120min and cooling to 15deg.C.
