상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 접철식 무할죽 보온터널자동개폐장치는 비닐하우스 내에 있는 보온 터널에 있어서, 정/역회전이 가능한 감속기어부착형 구동모터(4); 상기 구동모터(4)와 연동하며 터널지면 중앙에 터널길이방향으로 설치된 터널축(3); 상기 터널축(3)의 외주면에 터널축(3)과 접철식으로 이루어는 다수개의 부채살 지지대(111)가 소정의 간격으로 부채살형태로 구성되어 터널축(3)의 회동으로 인해 접철이 이루어지는 지지부(110)가 상기 터널방향으로 소정의 간격으로 다수 형성된 개폐식 골격부(100); 상기 부채살 지지대(111)의 자유단끼리 결속시켜주는 플랙시블한 할죽형 연결로프(120); 상기 개폐식 골격부의 각 지지부(110_1, 110_2, 110_3, 110_4, 110_5)끼리 결속시켜 주기 위해 각 지지부와 결속되며 터널길이방향으로 길게 설치된 부채살연결봉(130); 상기 부채살 지지대(111)중 지면에 고정형성된 지면고정지지대(111_5)와 터널축(3)의 회전과 함께 움직이는 구동지지대(111_1)의 자유단에 고정형성된 보온덮개(2)로 구성되어진다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 접철식 무할죽 보온터널자동개폐장치는 고정된 할죽이 없으므로 농작업에 지장을 주지 않으며 구조가 매우 간단하여 시설비가 적게 들고 시설 및 철거가 용이하며 터널의 보온덮개를 일정한 시간이나 시점에 무인으로 동시에 열고 닫을 수 있어 농가의 노동력을 획기적으로 절감되며 또한, 일광 및 온도조건에 따른 최적의 타이밍에 보온덮개를 열고 닫을 수 있으므로 난방비 절감효과를 가져온다.
