Abstract:
PURPOSE: A process for manufacturing a negative electrode material for a lithium secondary battery is provided to manufacture various phosphate-based negative electrode materials without thermal process of high temperature and to reduce the time required for whole process. CONSTITUTION: A process for manufacturing a negative electrode material for a lithium secondary battery includes the steps of: mixing transition metal compounds dissolved in distilled water with poly acid phosphate-based compounds to prepare a mixed solution; stirring the mixed solution to prepare a precipitate by a co-precipitation method; drying the precipitate to a temperature of 50-80 °C; and heat-treating the dried material at a temperature of 300-500 °C.

PURPOSE: An inverter for generating a three-level voltage is provided to simplify a circuit configuration by reducing the number of diodes and switching devices using a bidirectional switch device. CONSTITUTION: A division unit(10) divides input DC power into three voltage levels and is comprised of two same capacitors. A switching device(20) is connected to each node of the division unit with three voltage levels. A bidirectional switching device(30) is connected between an AC voltage output terminal(40) and a middle voltage level node among three voltage levels.

PURPOSE: A multi-level inverter is provided to easily use a high voltage of input direct current power by dividing input direct current power to be varied to a three-phase alternate current. CONSTITUTION: A dividing part(110) divides the voltage level of input direct current based on a pre-set rate. A switching part(120) includes a plurality of switching groups which generates power by switching the divided power from the dividing part and generating power with different phases. A combining part(130) combines power with identical phases from the switched power. A controlling part(140) controls the switching operation of the switching part based on pulse width modulation carrier signal and reference signal which is set by phases.

PURPOSE: A stabilizer for a vehicle is provided to improve comfort and safety of a driver by controlling twisting angle of a stabilizer bar due to the amount of impact input in a wheel when driving. CONSTITUTION: A stabilizer(1) for a vehicle comprises a stabilizer bar(10) and a stabilizer link unit(20). The stabilizer bar is mounted on a sub frame of the vehicle through a mounting bush(3). The stabilizer link unit connects both ends of the stabilizer bar and a thrust assembly of the vehicle. The length of the stabilizer link unit is varied to control twisting angle of the stabilizer bar by absorbing the twisting of the stabilizer bar due to vibration generated when driving.

PURPOSE: A battery module is provided to obtain assembility and processability by comprising a voltage sensing circuit making the connection of a safety cover mounted on a voltage terminal part and a module sensing part at once possible. CONSTITUTION: A battery module modularizes each receptacle member(14) attached to single cell taps (11,12) of polarity different from each other of each battery cell(10) by connecting with a bus bar(16), and comprises a voltage sensing circuit capable of cell voltage sensing by assemble a safety cover(20) in which a printing circuit board(22) is installed to cover the receptacle member, and connecting the bus bars to the printing circuit board at once at the same time. The bus bar comprises a connect pin(17) making electric connection possible by being inserted into the printing circuit board, when assembling the safety cover for covering the receptacle member.

PURPOSE: A shock absorber mount bracket for a vehicle is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost and to secure the durability similar to aluminum material by making a bracket body of reinforced plastic material instead of aluminum material. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorber mount bracket(100) for a vehicle is composed of a mounting unit(20), a bracket body(10), and a supporting member(31). A piston rod of a shock absorber(SA) is mounted on the mounting unit. The bracket body is integratedly formed on both sides of the mounting unit. The bracket body comprises bolt fastening parts(30) and is made of reinforced plastic material. The supporting member is made of metal and is formed on the bolt fastening part.
