Abstract:
A printed circuit board, wherein a fillet (F) is added to a portion which is a crossing (X) of wiring patterns (58b, 58c, 58d) and which forms an angle portion (C) of not larger than 90° to form a wiring pattern (58). The presence of the added fillet (F) prevents a wiring pattern at the crossing (X) from becoming thin and therefore the occurrence of a broken wire, non-concentration of stress on the crossing (X) does not cause broken wire at the wiring patterns and no bubbles remain between the crossing (X) of the wiring patterns and an interlayer resin insulation layer to enhance the reliability of the printed circuit board.
Abstract:
A printed wiring board having a conductor portion and a wiring pattern, wherein a narrow width portion is formed in the wiring pattern in accordance with a distance from an adjacent conductor portion.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a slip ring printed circuit board which includes forming a plurality of concentric spaced electrical contacts on one side of a non-conductive base and forming interconnecting electrical paths on an opposite side of the non-conductive base. The method of manufacturing a slip ring printed circuit board also includes electrically connecting the electrical contacts and the interconnecting electrical paths, depositing copper on the electrical contacts to form electrical rings and etching a groove into each of the electrical rings.
Abstract:
The radiation noise suppression effect is enhanced by providing an insulation layer which is formed so that the circuit pattern is covered excepting at least a part of power source pattern or ground pattern on the substrate on which circuit pattern is formed, and a conductive layer which is formed so as to be connected to the uninsulated part of the power source pattern or the ground pattern on the insulation layer, by modifying pattern shape of the conductive layer and the insulation layer or by increasing or reducing the number of these layers.
Abstract:
Abstract:
The invention provides a process of forming a continuous pattern on a surface composed of two or more surface regions, each of the regions being of a different surface energy, the process utilizing a novel ink formulation for printing on such multi-region surfaces.
