Abstract: PURPOSE: A clutch structure is provided to reduce the weight and cost of an apparatus equipped with the clutch. CONSTITUTION: A clutch structure comprises a drive rotator(1), a clutch plate(3), a rotor(7), and a first bearing(9). The drive rotator receives the power from a drive unit and rotates. The clutch plate is integrally connected to the drive rotator and rotates. The rotor is equipped with an electromagnet and intercepts power by the contact change over of the clutch plate. A driven rotator is connected to the rotor. The first bearing is equipped between the inside diameter of the rotor and drive rotator.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An electronic C V V T(Continuous variable valve timing) device is provided to control a valve timing easily by installing a planetary gear and a cycloid gear with controlling rotation speed. CONSTITUTION: An electronic C V V T device comprises a direction controller, a planetary gear device and an electronic clutch. The direction controller comprises a cam sprocket(310), a cycloid external gear, a cycloid internal gear and a support plate(330). The cycloid external gear is formed on an inner surface of the cam sprocket. The cycloid internal gear is connected with the cycloid external gear and the cam sprocket transfers torque to the cycloid internal gear. The cycloid internal gear transfers the torque to the support plate and the support plate controls a rotation direction of a cam-shaft by transferring the torque to the cam-shaft(400). The planetary gear device comprises a ring gear(210), a sun gear(230), and a planetary gear(220). The planetary gear is placed between the ring gear and sun gear and connected with the ring gear and sun gear respectively. The planetary gear device is protruded eccentrically from the ring gear or the sun gear. The planetary gear device transfers the power to the support plate by converting a part of the torque of the cam sprocket from an eccentric cam. The electronic clutch has an internal and an external clutches(110,120). The internal and external clutches stop the sun gear and ring gear selectively.

CONSTITUTION: A variable compression ratio device comprises a connecting rod(20), an eccentric bearing link(30), a swinging link(40), a variable link(50), and a control axis(60). The connecting rod is transmitted the combustion power from a piston(10) and transfers to a crank shaft. The crank shaft is made eccentric in both ends of the connecting rod to rotate. Both ends are connected to an eccentric bearing(32) of the eccentric bearing link. The eccentric bearing is inserted in a mounting hole of the connecting rod in concentric. The second gear teeth are meshed with the first gear teeth.

CONSTITUTION: An oil control valve comprises a body(1), a spool(3), three ports, two spool paths(5) and a relief valve(7). This valve further comprises a spool driving unit(9). The body comprises a space with a given shape of cross section. The spool is formed to linearly slide to the space of the body. CONSTITUTION: A variable compression ratio device comprises an eccentric bearing(110), a nose unit(120), an oil chamber(130), and a valve assembly(200). The inner circumference of the eccentric bearing contacts the outer circumference of a piston pin(100). The eccentric bearing contacts the inner circumference of a ring(112) formed at the end of a connecting rod(300). The nose unit is integrated with and projected from one end of the eccentric bearing. The nose unit comprises a piston. The oil chamber is formed inside the connecting rod to be close to the eccentric bearing and stores oil inside. The valve assembly controls the fluid pressure inside the oil chamber.
