본발명은청각자극기반인지피로측정방법및 이를적용하는장치에관한것으로, 보다상세하게는 3D 영상에의한시각피로를정량적으로평가하기위한측정방법및 이를적용하는장치에관련하며, 청각자극실험패러다임을이용하여모바일 3D 콘텐츠시청전후의태스크퍼포먼스와청각사건유발전위의변화를비교평가함으로써 3D 시각피로를정량적으로규명할수 있는효과가있다.

그래핀(graphene) 내 PN 접합형성방법은, 그래핀층을형성하는단계; 및상기그래핀층의일부영역에, 상기그래핀층에흡착되었을때 상기그래핀층에미리결정된도핑특성을부여하도록설계된염기배열구조를갖는 DNA 분자층을형성하는단계를포함할수 있다. 그래핀이특정반도체특성을갖도록도핑시키도록염기배열구조가설계된 DNA 분자를마이크로패터닝에의해일부영역이노출된그래핀층 표면에코팅함으로써, 그래핀층에서 DNA 분자가코팅된영역과코팅되지않은영역에의해다양한구조의 PN 접합을형성할수 있다.

본 발명은 레이저 광을 생성하는 펄스 레이저 장치에 관한 것으로, 공진기의 양쪽 끝에 배치되어 레이저 광을 반사시키는 제1미러와 제2미러, 상기 제1미러와 상기 제2미러 사이에 배치되고, 외부에서 입사된 광을 증폭하여 출력하는 이득매질, 레이저 광의 펄스폭을 조정하는 에탈론, 상기 제1미러와 상기 제2미러 사이에 배치되고, 레이저 광으로부터 모드록킹 및 Q-스위칭 출력과 버스트를 발생시키는 음향광학 변조기를 구비하고, 레이저 광 중 일부가 상기 제1미러 또는 상기 제2미러를 통하여 공진기 외부로 출력되는 것이다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cloud computing-based sensor array pattern recognition system, which enables driving a pattern recognition technique anytime anywhere regardless of time and place through a cloud server, can secure portability of software for driving the pattern recognition technique in various mobile devices, can facilitate an update of a material database, and can create the effect of developing a pattern recognition model and software as well as a material database. To achieve this, the present invention provides a cloud computing-based sensor array pattern recognition system including a user′s portable terminal and a cloud computing server system. The portable terminal includes a sensor array and a terminal sensor. The cloud computing server system includes: a feature extracting unit configured to extract features for pattern recognition from sensor information measured by the sensor array; a pattern recognition processing unit configured to match the features from the feature extracting unit together with terminal information from the terminal sensor with a pattern recognition model and a material database stored in a database unit; and a material estimating unit configured to estimate materials according to the matching results obtained by the pattern recognition processing unit, wherein the pattern recognition model and the material database are configured to be updated by the material estimating unit, and information on the estimated materials is retransmitted to the portable terminal.

The present invention relates to a method for measuring temperature by a laser system for photothermal therapy which comprises: an apparatus for obtaining thermogram; an apparatus for obtaining images; a laser irradiation device; a monitor device; a synchronization unit; a control unit; and a focus analyzation unit. The method for measuring temperature by athe laser system for photothermal therapy comprises the steps of: synchronizing image locations by mapping thermogram of the apparatus for obtaining thermogram and images of the apparatus for obtaining images by the synchronization unit of the control device; analyzing focusing distance of the apparatus for obtaining thermogram for specific locations of laser irradiation using synchronized images by the focus analyzation unit of the control device and repeating the same for affected area in order to determine and store the focusing distance of the apparatus for obtaining thermogram; automatically changing focusing distance of the apparatus for obtaining the thermogram by the control unit by obtaining focusing distance information of the apparatus for obtaining thermogram at corresponding locations from the focus analyzation unit according to laser irradiation locations provided from the apparatus for obtaining images; and displaying thermogram information received from the apparatus for obtaining thermogram by the monitor device.
