The present invention relates to a biodegradable film using chicken feather protein extracted from chicken feathers produced after butchering chickens, and a method for manufacturing the same. More particularly, the biodegradable film including a plasticizer and nanoclay in the chicken feather protein extracted from by-products, which are chicken feathers, produced in the chicken processing industry has excellent tensile strength and water permeability, and therefore, can be effectively used as processed food packing materials as a biodegradable film of which the unit cost of production is reduced. Abstract:
The present invention relates to an edible film compound capable of be used in food packaging and the like and, more specifically, to a film composition comprising proteins extracted from sesame seed meal and a manufacturing method thereof. The edible film comprising the proteins extracted from sesame seed meal of the present invention is able to be used as a processed food packing material since tensile strength is 4.6 times higher than that of generally isolated soy proteins and permeability is 1.1 times lower than that of the generally isolated soy proteins. The edible film is able to reduce production costs in film manufacture by using low-priced sesame seed meal which is byproducts, is environment-friendly as compared to an existing plastic packing material and is able to be usefully used as a processed food packing material since the film is edible. Especially, the film of the present invention is able to be used as a packing material for meat processed foods which is closely related to fat oxidation due to light sine the film has an opaque color.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing process for a low molecular weight of angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE) inhibitor from hot water extract of lettuce root is provided, which is an efficient and economical process. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing process for a low molecular weight of ACE inhibitor from lettuce root comprises the steps of: removing an impurities by washing lettuce, separating its root, adding distilled water to the root, and extracting by making reflux for 2hrs at 100deg.C, 60deg.C; filtering, centrifuging for 30min. at 4deg.C, 8000rpm, and collecting the upper solution; ultra-filtering the upper solution using ultra-filter membrane(limit of M.W. is 1000) to prepare the extract; filtering through membrane filter paper, loading on high performance liquid chromatography, and separating a fraction, F4 with highest activity; and then gathering the F4, freeze-drying, and purifying using reversed phase HPLC.

PURPOSE: A process for preparing low molecular weight angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE) inhibitor from the extract of wild chrysanthemum is provided, thereby effectively and cheaply preparing the ACE inhibitor. CONSTITUTION: The process for preparing low molecular weight angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE) inhibitor from the extract of wild chrysanthemum comprises the steps of: washing wild chrysanthemum with water and extracting it using a reflux condenser at 100 deg.C for 2 hours; filtering and centrifuging at 4 deg.C and 8000 rpm for 30 minutes to obtain the supernatant; ultrafiltering the supernatant with molecular weight cut off(MWCO) of 1000 dalton to obtain a crude extract of wild chrysanthemum; and sequentially subjecting the crude extract of wild chrysanthemum to gel filtration chromatography, HPLC, ion exchange chromatography and reverse HPLC to obtain the low molecular weight angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE) inhibitor.

본 발명은 왁스용액, 에센셜 오일 및 유화제를 포함하는 가식성 사과 코팅제에 관한 것으로 에센셜 오일을 왁스용액에 첨가하여 나노 크기의 입자로 분산시켜 사과 코팅제를 제조하였고 가식성 사과 코팅제가 사과의 숙성을 지연시켜 선도를 유지하고, 에센셜 오일로 인한 항균성에 의해 미생물에 의한 사과의 부패를 방지할 수 있으며, 미생물학적 안전성을 확보하여 소비자가 섭취시 안전하게 섭취할 수 있으며 에센셜 오일을 나노 크기 입자로 분산시켜 소량으로도 효과를 증대시켜 경제적이며, 유화 안정성을 높여 상품의 품질이 오래 지속되므로 저장 및 유통 중 손실되는 사과의 양을 줄일 수 있어 가식성 사과 코팅제 및 가식성 사과 코팅제 제조 방법으로 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an edible coating agent for an apple comprising a wax solution, essential oil and an emulsifier. The present invention manufactures the edible coating agent for an apple by adding the essential oil to the wax solution and dispersing the essential oil in particles of nanosize; keeps freshness by delaying the aging of an apple by the edible coating agent; is able to prevent the decomposition of the apple due to microbes by the antibiosis of the essential oil; enables a consumer to safely consume the coating composition by securing microbiological stability; is economical since efficiency is increased even with a small quantity by dispersing the essential oil in particles of nanosize; and is able to reduce the loss of apples during storage and distribution since the quality of a product is maintained for a long time by increasing emulsion stability, thereby capable of being usefully applied as the edible coating agent for an apple and a manufacturing method for the edible coating agent for an apple.
