PURPOSE: A novel phenylacetate derivative and a composition containing the same are provided to suppress T-type calcium ion channel activity and to use as a therapeutic agent for preventing or treating diseases caused by T-type calcium ion channel activity. CONSTITUTION: A phenylacetate derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the phenylacetate derivative comprises: a step of performing esterification of a carboxylic acid compound of chemical formula 2 under acid catalyst to obtain an ester compound of chemical formula 3; a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 3 with t-butoxide and isopropyl bromide to obtain a compound of chemical formula 4; a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 4 with 1,3-dibromopropane to obtain a compound of chemical formula 5; and a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 5 with a compound of chemical formula 6 or 7.

PURPOSE: Provided are nano-sized metals or metal salts thereof stabilized by semi-telechelic or telechelic polymers obtained by living anionic polymerization, which has excellent stability in air and forms a nano-structure by simply mixing with a block copolymer. CONSTITUTION: The nano-sized metal particles or metal salts thereof present in a polymer matrix having a functional group at the end of the polymer chain and a molecular weight of 1000-10000, is stable in air, and is represented by the formula selected from the group consisting of the following formulae 1-5, wherein each of R1 and R2 is H, methyl or t-butyl; each of X1 and X2 is independently a carboxyl, hydroxyl, sulfonate, anhydride or thiol group; n is an integer of 10-5000; each of R3 and R4 is H or methyl; each of X2 and X3 is independently a hydroxyl, carboxyl, sulfonate, thiol, amine, tertiary amine or anhydride group; m is an integer of 20-10000; X4 is a hydroxyl, amine or tertiary amine group; Y2 is a hydroxyl, carboxyl, sulfonate, thiol, amine, tertiary amine or anhydride group; A1 is a styrene monomer; B1 is a methyl methacrylate, vinylpyridine or diene monomer; and each of o and p is an integer of 10-5000.

CONSTITUTION: An anti-depression composition contains a novel azeditine derivative of chemical formula 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. In chemical formula 1: R_1 is hydrogen or methyl; R_2 is hydrogen, C1-C5 linear or branched alkyl, -COC_6H_5, or substituted or non-substituted phenyl or benzyl; R_3 is a substituted or non-substituted C6-C12 aromatic compound; and X is halogen.

PURPOSE: A DNA sequencing using a nucleoside triphosphate with a fluorescent 3'-O-blocking group is provided to sense fluorescence signal attached to 3'-hydroxyl group. CONSTITUTION: A nucleotide monomer contains a reversible fluorescence group conjugated to 3'-hydroxyl group of nucleoside triphosphate. The fluorescence group has a single fluorophore(FL), or a linker which connects the FL and 3'-hydroxyl group. A method for sequencing comprises: a step of synthesizing a nucleotide monomer; a step of polymerizing a template nucleic acid using the nucleotide monomer, DND or RNA polymerase to elongate a nucleotide to a primer; a step of recognizing elongated nucleotide base by sensing fluorescence signal; and a step of removing the fluorophore group conjugated to the 3'-hydroxyl group to recover 3'-OH.

A method for manufacturing phosphate-selective fluorescence probe is provided to sensitively measure the variation of low concentration and be useful in phosphatase activation measuring method. A phosphate-selective fluorescence probe by binding compound which is generated after covalent of fluorescence material with phosphate binding material of the chemical formulas 1 to 4 with metal ion through coordinate covalent bond. In the chemical formulas, R1 is amino, hydroxyl, thiol, carboxyl, carbonyl, vinyl or allyl group, R2 and R3 are ethyleneglycolyl ether (-(CH2O)n-)(n is integer less than 3), aliphatic hydrocarbon (-(CH2)m-)(m is integer less 3) or amide(-CONH-) group. The fluorescence material is fluorescein, tetramethylrhodamine, BODIPY, Alexa Fluor, Cy5, Cy3 or texas red. PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing dual stimuli-responsive hydrogel copolymer, which is possible to control the molecular weight of thermoresponsive and pH-responsive hydrogel copolymer, provide resulting polymers with high polymerization yield comparing to the conventional radical polymerization, control the molecular weight and properties of the dual stimuli-responsive hydrogel copolymer, and easily remove residual catalysts after the polymerization due to selective use of polar or non-polar solvent. CONSTITUTION: The method for dual stimuli-responsive hydrogel copolymer responding to heat and pH, comprises the steps of: (a) providing a sulfonamide styrene monomer or sulfonamide acrylic monomer which has different pKa value; (b) providing a thermoresponsive polyisopropyl acrylamide or polymethylene bisacrylamide; (c) copolymerizing the monomer synthesized in the step (a) with polyisopropyl acrylamide or polymethylene bisacrylamide in a polar or non-polar solvent, wherein the steps (b) and (c) are conducted by controlled/living polymerization using a phosphine type catalyst or an amine type catalyst having amine ligand, and alkyl halide initiator. 본 발명은 3'-하이드록실기에 형광을 띄는 장애그룹이 부착된 뉴클레오시드 삼인산을 가역적 종결자로서 이용한 DNA 염기서열 분석 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 3'-하이드록실기 부분에 형광신호를 내면서 화학적으로 제거가 가능한 가역적 장애그룹(reversible blocking group)을 부착한 새로운 뉴클레오티드 단량체인 단일 부분이 변형된 가역적 종결자(mono-modified reversible terminator, MRT)를 이용한 합성에 의한 염기서열 분석 방법(sequencing-by-synthesis)에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 염기서열 분석 방법은 상기 새로운 뉴클레오티드 단량체가 염기서열 사슬의 연장을 중단시킴과 동시에 3'-하이드록실기 부분에 부착된 형광 신호를 감지함으로써 삽입된 염기의 종류를 분석할 수 있으며, 형광 신호 분석 이후 3'-하이드록실기에 부착된 장애그룹이 효과적으로 제거되어서 3'-OH 작용기로 복구되기 때문에 다음 단량체의 삽입을 가능하게 하여 연이어 염기서열 분석을 가능하게 한다.
