CONSTITUTION: A high-strength plastic back beam bonded with a multi glass fiber is composed of a first fiber resin layer(20) and a second fiber resin layer(30). The first fiber resin layer is formed by coupling filaments to thermoplastic resin. The second fiber resin layer is formed by coupling continuous fibers to thermoplastic resin. When the first fiber resin layer is welded to the second fiber resin layer, the filaments of the first fiber resin layer does not enter into the continuous fibers of the second fiber resin layer.
