A reel to reel manufacturing method of electrical bridges, wherein over a substrate (1) made of electrically insulating material is patterned a conductive pattern (2) from electroconductive material, such as metal foil, and from the said electroconductive material is made at least one strip tongue (3) unattached to the substrate, one side of which is attached to the conductive pattern (2), and the said strip tongue (3) is folded over an area insulated electrically from the conductive pattern (2), and the strip tongue (3) is connected electroconductively to a predetermined other part (5) of the conductive pattern (2).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung mit einem elektrischen und/oder elektronischen Modul (10) und einem Schaltungsträger (12), bei welcher mindestens eine elektrische Anschlussleitung (14) des elektrischen und/oder elektronischen Moduls (10) in einer Ausnehmung (16) des Schaltungsträgers (12) aufnehmbar ist. Erfindungsgemäß umfasst die Anordnung zumindest eine Klemmeinrichtung (18a, 18b, 18c, 18d), welche die mindestens eine Anschlussleitung (14) nach dem Einführen in die Ausnehmung (16) in der Ausnehmung (16) fixiert.

The present invention relates to a method for the series production of a plurality of contacted electronic components (7), and particularly of modules and/or power modules and/or light emitting diodes and/or general electronic power components. The task of the invention is to provide an inexpensive and simple method for the series production of contacted electronic components (7) in large quantity. The present invention is characterized in that a first tape provided with components (7) and a second tape comprising an exposed metal conductor (15) are superimposed such that in the claimed continuous method mechanical and/or electrical contacting of the respective metal conductors (15) to the respective contact surface (9) of the respective electronic component (7) can be performed. Both tapes can be produced in the form of reels. The electronic components (7) can be produced individually or as individual reels after contacting. Thus, a particularly effective production method can be provided. The method is particularly suited for electronic power components that can additionally comprise heat-dissipating layers 19 in a simple way.

An electrical power distribution unit for an electrical system has a printed circuit board with a punched grid arranged thereon. An electrical component is arranged on the printed circuit board on a side of the punched grid. An electrical contact of the electrical component projects through a passage opening in the printed circuit board. The punched grid is arranged between the electrical component and the printed circuit board, and an opening is formed in the punched grid in an area around the electrical contact. The punched grid has a current infeed which comprises a plurality of tongues. At least one of the tongues is bendable out of a plane of the punched grid in such a way that two of the tongues form a mutually adjacent common portion, which is electrically contactable by an electrical plug connector.
