Abstract:
본 발명은 파삼(lower grade ginseng, 破蔘)으로부터 진세노사이드를 추출하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 파삼을 대상으로 하여 그에 함유된 진세노사이드를 약리적 효과가 우수한 특정 진세노사이드로 변환케 하여 고기능성 진세노사이드를 추출할 수 있도록 한 저온고압 추출 공정 및 그 추출물에 관한 것이다. 상기와 같은 본 발명은 파삼을 세척하여 절단하는 단계; 및 상기 절단된 파삼을 증류수를 추출 용매로 하여 60~80℃에서 100~300 atm으로 저온고압 추출하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 저온고압 기술을 파삼의 추출공정에 적용함을 통해 유효 성분의 용출량을 증대시키고 기존 파삼에 존재하지 않는 고기능성 성분으로의 변환을 유도하여 상품가치가 없고 원료로서 품질이 부적합하여 버려지는 파삼이 식품 소재로서 고부가가치를 갖게 된다.

본 발명은 매자나무 수피로부터 향장 제품의 착향제로 사용 가능한 천연 코니페릴 알코올(Coniferyl alcohol) 성분의 고수율 단리 방법과 그 단리 성분에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 매자나무의 수피 부분을 대상으로 열수/초음파 추출 공정과 단계적인 분획 및 물질 분리 공정을 통해 향장 제품의 착향제로서 첨가가 가능한 천연 코니페릴 알코올(Coniferyl alcohol) 성분을 효율적으로 단리하는 데에 기본적인 특징이 있다. 매자나무, 초음파 추출, 복합 용매 분획법, 코닐페릴 알코올(Conilferyl alcohol), 천연 착향제

PURPOSE: An edible centella asiatica nanoparticle using chitoic acid, a producing method thereof, and food and beverages containing thereof are provided to enable a user to easily absorb active ingredients of centella asiatica, and to improve the bioavailability. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an edible centella asiatica nanoparticle using chitoic acid comprises the following steps: extracting water soluble active components from centella asiatica using a water soluble solvent; dissolving 0.05~0.5wt% of chitoic acid to a weak acid solution, and evaporate-drying for obtaining the thin oil phase of the chitoic acid; and mixing the thin oil phase of the chitoic acid with the water soluble active components of the centella asiatica by disperse-mixing. The size of the nanoparticle is smaller than 200nanometers.

PURPOSE: A producing method of soymilk containing nature gamma-aminobutyric acid is provided to insert the nature gamma-aminobutyric acid to the soymilk without adding glutamic acid. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of soymilk containing nature gamma-aminobutyric acid(GABA) comprises the following steps: soaking soybeans to water, and boiling; crushing the boiled soybeans inside the water to make soymilk; adding a lactic acid bacteria species with the protease-producing ability and the GABA-producing ability to 1/10 of the soymilk, and two-stage fermenting to produce the GABA; filtering the fermented mixture to remove bean-curd dregs; and mixing 9/10 of the soymilk with the filtrate.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a cleansing composition by alginate nano granulation of Angelica gigas nakai is provided to obtain an active substance without damage. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing cleansing composition by alginate nano granulation of Angelica gigas nakai comprises: a step of pulverizing Angelica gigas nakai; a step of extracting pulverized Angelica gigas nakai in 10 times volume of distilled water at 60°C for 24 hours; a step of filtering/concentrating the hot water extract and freeze-drying to obtain powder; a step of dissolving the powder in 1mg/ml of distilled water; a step of dissolving alginate in distilled water and evaporating distilled water to form multilayer; a step of adding liquid phase Angelica gigas nakai extract sample and homogenizing by sonication.

PURPOSE: A method for producing callus of Rhodiola sachalinensis with reduced cytotoxicity is provided to enhance culture productivity and to reduce toxicity of Rhodiola sachalinensis. CONSTITUTION: A method or producing callus of Rhodiola sachalinensis with reduced cytotoxicity comprises: a step of washing seed of Rhodiola sachalinensis with 70% of ethanol and 5% of sodium hypochlorite; a step of inoculating to MS(Murashige and Skoog) basic medium and culturing to obtain a sterilized germinated plant; a step of cutting stems and leaves of the plant; a step of inducing callus in a solid medium containing 0.5mg/L of NAA(Naphthalene acetic acid) and 1 mg/L of BA(Benzyl adenine); a step of adding 30g of sucrose(1L of MS liquid medium) and adjusting by pH 5.7; a step of preparing liquid medium; a step of inoculating the 10g of callus to liquid medium at 25 +/-1°C; and a step of culturing in a rotary culture device at 100rpm.
