Abstract: A hydraulic supply system of a continuously variable transmission for a vehicle is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a hydraulic supply system of a continuously variable transmission for a vehicle includes an oil pump which sucks and pumps oil stored in an oil pan through a suction passage; a regulator valve which controls oil pressure supplied from the oil pump with a stable line pressure; a torque converter pressure adjustment valve which controls line pressure supplied from the regulator valve and supplies the controlled line pressure to a torque converter; a bypass passage which connects a first solenoid valve supplying control pressure to the regulator valve with a feedback passage of the torque converter pressure adjustment valve; and a switching valve which opens and closes the bypass passage while being controlled by a second solenoid valve.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for controlling pulleys of a vehicle with a continuously variable transmission. The disclosed method for controlling the pulleys of the vehicle with the continuously variable transmission is characterized by including: (a) a step of measuring the temperature of oil inside the continuously variable transmission and checking a driving condition of the vehicle with a transmission control unit (TCU) and an electronic control unit (ECU) when a drive of the vehicle is started; (b) a step of independently calculating a line pressure and desired pressures of a driving pulley and driven pulley corresponding to the driving condition measured in the step (a); (c) a step of calculating a correction value of an oil pressure-oil temperature correcting map having each representing ability of the line pressure, the driving pulley pressure, and the driven pulley pressure as much as a current temperature; (d) and a step of calculating a new desired pressure, which is a new desired value, by adding the correction value obtained in the step (c) to the desired value obtained in the step (b).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for controlling an electric oil pump of an ISG(Idle Stop and Go) vehicle is provided to improve the durability and fuel efficiency of an ISG vehicle by actively controlling the driving speed of an electric oil pump according to oil temperature. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling an electric oil pump of an ISG vehicle is as follows. When a vehicle with an ISG function is traveling, whether an idle stop function is activated is determined(S101,S102). If the idle stop function is activated, an oil pump is driven at a certain speed and current consumption is detected(S103,S104). Abstract: A bleed type variable force solenoid valve is provided to minimize a fluid force at high temperature by changing the structure of a spring ring and to normally perform minute gap adjusting operation of a piston ring against a valve seat. A bleed type variable force solenoid valve includes a driving unit and a valve unit. The driving unit includes a housing and a coil wound around a bobbin. In the bobbin, an amateur driven by electromagnetic force and an amateur spindle are axially provided to receive elastic force of an adjusting spring mounted by an adjusting screw. In the rear sides of the driving unit, a contact guide having a contact pork is provided. The valve unit includes a flange(31) having a supplying port(Ps) to supply a pumping pressure, a control port(Pc) to supply a control pressure to a passage of a valve body, and a discharge port(Pe). The flange is provided in front of the housing of the driving unit by a magnetic core(33). The supplying port, the control port, and the discharge port are communicated with each other along the central line of the flange.
