    Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for improving turbo lag is provided to reduce noise and power loss by preventing the air from passing through an additional compressor and improve the power transmission performance by transferring high speed power to a belt. CONSTITUTION: A device for improving turbo lag comprises an intake path(30), a turbo charger(20), a bypass(40), a second compressor(75), and a drive shaft. The intake path is connected to an exhaust manifold to discharge exhaust gas in the manifold to outside. The turbo charger connected to a turbine rotates with the turbine and comprises a first compressor to compress the air in the intake path. The bypass is branched from a first spot and joined with the intake path in a second spot of the intake path located in a low part of the first spot. The second compressor compresses the air passing through the bypass. The drive shaft selectively supplies the power through a power transmission unit to the second compressor.

The multistage orifice unit is slidably formed in the hydraulic piston and has an orifice hole(62) which connects the main chamber to an auxiliary chamber. The orifice unit elastic unit is formed inside the auxiliary chamber and elastically supports the multistage orifice unit.
