PURPOSE: Porous micro/nanoparticles are provided to generate carbon dioxide gas in hydrolysis and to enable use as a contrast agent by holding carbon dioxide even if gas is not added in contrast. CONSTITUTION: Porous micro/nanoparticles are represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, a, b, c, and d are 0-1; a+b+c+d = 1; n is an integer of 1-1000; A is a repeating unit represented by chemical formula 2; B is a repeating unit represented by chemical formula 3; C is a repeating unit represented by chemical formula 4; and D is a repeating unit represented by chemical formula 5. In chemical formulae 2-5, R and R' are C1-10 alkyl group or cholesteryl group; e, f, h, i, j, m, o, p, r, s, t, w and x are 0 or 1; g, k, l, q, u, v, y and z are an integer of 1-10; and X is -CH(CH3)- or -CH2-.

The cloning method for chimeric antibody to S surface antigen of Hepatitis B virus subtype (I) consists of (1) determining N-terminal amino acid sequences of purified murine antibody to (I) with H67 cell line, (2) PCR reacting cDNA from H67 with primers for heavy chain as 5'-CCC GAA TTC GAG GT(TC) CAG CTG CA(GA) CA(GA) TCT GG(GA) TCT GG(GA) CCT G-3' and 5-CGG TCG ACA GGG ATC CAG AGT TCC AGG GTC AC-3' to get plasmid pMHV-S (KCTC 0044BP), (3) same as (2) for light chain as 5'-CCC GAA TTC GAC ATT GTG CTG AC(CA) CA(GA) TCT CC(TA) GCT-3' and 5'-CCC GCC TTG GAC ATT GTG CTG AC(CA) CA(GA) TCT CC(TA) GCT-3' to get plasmid pMKV-S (KCTC 0045BP), and (4) sequencing the genes cloned.
