Abstract: The present invention relates to a device and a method for adjusting the air supply amount of an engine having a supercharger and, more particularly, to a device and a method for adjusting the air supply amount of an engine having a supercharger, in which the operation of the supercharger is controlled to a level at which the amount of air required to suit a driver-requested torque is supplied so that the driver-requested torque can be satisfied with precision. In other words, according to the device and the method for adjusting the air supply amount of an engine having a supercharger of the present invention, the supercharger is operated for the supercharging of intake air when the request amount of air is equal to or greater than the standard natural intake air amount after the calculation of the required amount of air based on the driver-requested torque.
