본 발명은 인삼종자 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 증가된 항산화 및 항노화 효과를 가지는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 증숙한 인삼종자 추출물은 인삼종자의 총 페놀 함량 및 라디칼 소거능을 증가시키고 항산화 효소 활성을 증가시키는 효과를 나타낸다. 또한, 95 내지 130? 범위 내에서 증숙 온도가 증가할수록 인삼종자 추출물의 항산화효과가 증가하는 효과를 나타낸다.

본 발명은 알파-락트알부민과 덱스트란의 마이얄반응을 통해 생성된 당단백질을 유효성분으로 함유하는 면역 증강용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 알파-락트알부민(alpha-lactalbumin)과 덱스트란(dextran)의 마이얄반응(Maillard reaction)을 통해 생성된 당단백질을 유효성분으로 함유하는 면역 증강용 또는 암 개선용 식품용 조성물, 면역력 저하로 인한 질환 치료용 또는 암 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 당단백질은 면역 증진에 필요한 사이토킨 및 백혈구의 수를 늘려주고, 종양을 억제하는 효능이 있어, 면역 증진용 조성물 및 암 치료용 조성물의 제조에 효과적이다.

The present invention relates to a composition for immune enhancement containing, as an active ingredient, glycoprotein produced through a Maillard reaction of alpha-lactalbumin and dextran, and more specifically, to a composition for immune enhancement or a food composition for cancer alleviation, containing, as an active ingredient, glycoprotein produced through a Maillard reaction of alpha-lactalbumin and dextran, and to a pharmaceutical composition for treating disease caused by decreased immunity or treating cancer. The glycoprotein of the present invention has an effect of increasing the number of cytokines and leukocytes, which are necessary for immunological enhancement, and suppressing tumor, and thus is effective in preparing a composition for immune enhancement and a composition for cancer treatment.

The present invention relates to a fraction of rice wine lees derived-glycoprotein, which is characterized in having a molecular weight of 15 to 110 kDa, and a method of producing the same and, more specifically, to a fraction of rice wine lees-derived glycoprotein and the uses thereof, which is prepared by a method comprising: (a) a step of removing fat in rice wine lees; (b) a step of mixing the rice wine lees in a buffer solution having a pH level of 7.0 to 8.0; (c) a step of obtaining a supernatant by centrifugation; (d) a step of dialyzing the supernatant with a dialysis semipermeable membrane (MWCO 6000-8000); (e) a step of adding a salt precipitating protein in the dialyzed supernatant to precipitate glycoprotein; (f) a step of dissolving the precipitate in a buffer solution having a pH level of 7.0 to 8.0 with a dialysis semipermeable membrane (MWCO 6000-8000); and (g) a step of obtaining a fraction of glycoprotein from the dialyzed and precipitated lysate. The fraction of glycoprotein of the present invention has a better effectiveness of promoting histiocyte vitality than Krestin (PSK), which is a medicine for enhancing immune vitality, and has no cytotoxicity, thereby being effective in producing a new functional food and a medicine for enhancing immune function.

SF-1 K061103(기탁번호 : KCCM11225P), 이 균주의 파쇄물 및 배양물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상을 유효성분으로 포함하는 면역 증강용 식품, 약학적 조성물, 정장용, 생균제, 사료용 조성물, 발효제품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바이셀라 속 균주는, 특히 파쇄물의 경우에 대식세포의 NO 생성능을 증가시켜 면역능력을 높여주고 세포 독성이 없기 때문에, 이를 이용한 면역 증강용 식품, 약학적 조성물과 정장용, 생균제, 사료용 조성물 그리고 발효제품 제조에 효과적이다.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a citrus peel originated polysaccharide fraction is provided to improve an immune function of strengthening the activity of a complement system to the citrus peel originated polysaccharide fraction. CONSTITUTION: Citrus peel is bleached. The bleached citrus peel is extracted with alcohol with 1-4 carbons. A polysaccharide is precipitated by adding the alcohol with 1-4 carbons to the extract. The precipitated polysaccharide is collected and is treated with a pectin hydrolysis enzyme. A polysaccharide fraction is manufactured by collecting the fractions in the molecular weight of 100-200kDa in the polysaccharide fraction treated with the enzyme. The citrus peel originated polysaccharide fraction has the carbohydrate content consisting of 2-6mole% of rhamnose, 20-25mole% of arabinose, 1-5mole% of mannose, 1-5mole% of xylose, 15-20mole% of glucose, 10-17mole% of galactose, and 40-50mole% of galacturonic acid.

PURPOSE: Rhodiola rosea fermentation product which contains high aglycon content of salidroside is provided to have excellent active related to anti-fatigue or improvement of exercise capacity and be favorable to absorb high aglycon content of salidroside. CONSTITUTION: Mixing extract of Rhodiola rosea and red ginseng is manufactured by mixing Rhodiola rosea extract with extract of red ginseng, or mixing Rhodiola rosea with red ginseng. Mixture of Rhodiola rosea and red ginseng is fermented by inoculating with lactobacillus. Mixing ratio of Rhodiola rosea and red ginseng or mixing ratio of Rhodiola rosea extract and red ginseng extract are 60 : 40 through 10 : 90. Solid content of Rhodiola rosea is 0.1 to 0.8 weight% at mixing extract of Rhodiola rosea and red ginseng. Lactobacillus is more than one selected among lactobacillus acidophilus [KCTC 2182], bifidobacterium longum[ATCC 15707], Bipidobacterium brevis[ATCC 15700], and Pediococcus pentosaceus [KCCM 11088P]. A fermentation composition with enhanced slime polysaccharides is prepared by fermenting with Weissella sp. on xylitol.
