본 발명의 크랭크축리스 타입 내연기관 엔진은 휴지상태와 가동상태로 제어되는 다수의 기통에서 발생되는 동력을 변속기(50)로 전달되는 엔진출력으로 전환하는 반면 휴지기통으로 이어지는 동력계통으로 전달하지 않는 동력축 유닛(10)과, 휴지기통과 가동기통으로 운영하는 ECU(60)의 제어로 휴지기통의 동력계통을 상기 동력축 유닛(10)과 분리시켜주는 기통분리기(30)와, 가동기통의 압축비를 다단으로 가변시켜주는 압축가변유닛(70)으로 구성됨으로써, 기통의 균일화된 연소실체적변화로 연비향상을 높이고 배출가스의 Nox저감을 높이며, 특히 다수의 기통을 가변실린더방식과 함께 가변압축비로 제어됨으로써 연비효율을 더욱 향상하고 동시에 EM 향상에도 최적화되는 특징을 갖는다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system and a method for controlling coolant in a vehicle engine which stores heat by holding some coolant in an additional heat storage member when turning off the engine after heating the engine and which quickly warms up the engine using heat-containing coolant at the time of cold start. For this, the invention provides the system and method for controlling coolant in the vehicle engine which comprise a heat storage container and a coolant circulation control unit. The heat storage container made of insulation materials is connected to a coolant circulation line of a cylinder head to be opened and closed. The coolant circulation control unit provides the coolant in the heat storage container to the coolant circulation line of the cylinder head when the temperature of the cylinder head is lower than the temperature of the coolant in the heat storage container after turning off the engine and supplies the coolant in the coolant circulation line of the cylinder head to the heat storage unit when the temperature of the coolant in the coolant circulation line is below a certain value at the time of cold start.

PURPOSE: A fuel injection method of a diesel engine is provided to improve an idle relief phenomenon in a cold driving of a diesel engine by setting the pressure of a fuel condensed to a common rail as 300-380bar in case a coolant temperature of the diesel engine is less than 20-60 °C. CONSTITUTION: A fuel injection method of a diesel engine comprises the following steps: a pressure of a fuel condensed to a common rail is set as 300-380bar in case a coolant temperature of a diesel engine is less than 20-60°C; an injection rate of a pilot 1 which performs before a main injection is set as 3.0-3.6mm^3/stroke; an injection learning amount of the pilot 1 is set up as 135-165%; and an injection period of the pilot 1 is set up as 1,500-1,800μs. PURPOSE: A variable engine for equipping a plurality of engines is provided to restrict the power transmission of engines which are separately arranged into two lines and to enable to drive a vehicle with the malfunction of one engine by using the other engine. CONSTITUTION: A variable engine for equipping a plurality of engines comprises first and second heat engines(11,12), first and second transmissions(31,32), a main spindle gear(41), a power control unit(40), and a differential gear(60). The main spindle gear receives power by selectively connecting to a first or second line engine. The power control unit restricts the power delivered to the main spindle gear from the first or second line engine. The differential gear receives the power from the main spindle gear for delivering to a wheel through an output shaft.
