Abstract: 본 발명은 차량의 더블 폴딩 시트에 관한 것으로서, 특히, 차량의 더블 폴딩 시트를 개선하여 시트쿠션에 마련된 두 개의 래치가 시트백의 폴딩 및 그 이후 더블 폴딩레버의 조작에 의해 각각 해제되도록 하기 위한 장치에 관한 것으로서, 시트백(100)이 시트쿠션(200)으로 폴딩 가능하며, 상기 시트쿠션(200)에 마련된 래치(211)(212)가 차체에 마련된 앵커(310)(320)로부터 해제되어 더블 폴딩 가능한 폴딩 시트(1)에 있어서; 상기 래치(211)(212) 및 앵커(310)(320)는 한 쌍이 마련되어, 상기 두 래치(211)(212) 중 어느 하나(211)는 시트백 폴딩레버(110)의 조작에 의한 상기 시트백(100)의 폴딩에 따라 앵커(310)로부터 해제되며, 나머지 하나의 래치(212)는 더블 폴딩레버(120)의 조작에 따라 앵커(320)로부터 해제되는 것으로, 사용자의 비정상적인 조작 시 더블 폴딩을 방지하여 안전성을 증대시키는 동시에 간단한 구조이어서 작은 조작력으로도 더블 폴딩이 가능하여 사용자의 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A double folding seat of a vehicle is provided to make the double folding possible with a small operating force as increasing the safety by preventing the double folding in the abnormal manipulation of a user. CONSTITUTION: A double folding seat(1) of a vehicle comprises a latch(212) and an anchor. The latch is selectively fixed to the anchor prepared in a car body bottom and is released from the anchor according to the folding of a seat back(100) by the manipulation of a seat back folding lever(110) or the manipulation of a double folding lever(120). The seat back folding lever is connected through the first cable(111) to a cable fixing bracket(221). A lock gear which is elastically engaged with a sector gear is released by the seat back folding lever. The sector gear is connected to a lock cam of one of two latches and releases a lock plate from the anchor according to the folding of the seat back. The double folding lever passes through the third cable(121). The double folding lever is connected to a lock cam of the rest latch.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A vehicle seat and a bolster controlling device of a vehicle seatback are provided to improve a cargo loading capacity by arranging a luggage trim and a seatback into a straight line when folding the seatback. CONSTITUTION: A bolster controlling device of a vehicle seatback comprises a pressure plate(500), a movable part(300), a wire, and a wire pin. The pressure plat is installed in the front side of a main frame(100) in the rear side of a seatback. The movable part is formed in between the main frame and pressure plate and adjusts the supporting force of a bolster based on the pressure of the pressure plate. One end of the wire is connected to the rear side of the pressure plate. The other end of the wire is slidably connected to a seat cushion frame. The wire pin is formed in the other end of the wire and comes in touch with a recliner bracket.
