Abstract: PURPOSE: A quarter reinforcement coupling structure of a vehicle is provided to solve the torsion trouble in vehicle accidents through spreading the load and increase the strength. CONSTITUTION: A quarter reinforcement coupling structure of a vehicle is composed as follows. The outer panel(10) is formed by coupling a roof panel and an outer side panel(12). The roof panel is comprised in the upper side of a vehicle body. The outer side panel is comprised in the side portion of a vehicle body. An outer panel comprising a roof panel and an outer side panel comprises an inner panel(20) in the inner side. A quarter reinforcement couples the outer panel and inner panel by a quarter reinforcement member(100).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A center pillar of a vehicle is provided to reduce the weight and the manufacturing cost of the vehicle since the number of parts and a welded area are decreased. CONSTITUTION: A center pillar of a vehicle comprises an integrated side inner-panel(100), a reinforcing panel(200) and a side outer-panel(300). A side inner-panel and a reinforcing material are integrated to form the integrated side inner-panel. The reinforcing panel is welded at the center of the integrated side inner-panel and the center pillar. The side outer-panel is coupled to the integrated side inner-panel. A rail connecting unit is formed on the upper part of the integrated side inner-panel. The rail connecting unit is connected to the center roof rail of the vehicle in a circular structure.
