Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an orthosis device for providing motor movement to a body part. The device comprises a plurality of sensors to sense a first set of motion signals, a control unit, at least one actuator, and a support structure. The support structure comprises a guide structure comprising a plurality of wires. The control unit generates a second set of motion signals and provides the same to the at least one actuator. The at least one actuator generates a force for movement of the plurality of wires of the guide structure of the support structure. The movement of the plurality of wires help in motor movement of the body part.

Abstract: Systems and methods for communicating between multiple lower limb exoskeletons are provided. A first exoskeleton boot can receive, responsive to transmitting a first packet, a second packet from a second exoskeleton boot through a wireless connection between the first exoskeleton boot and the second exoskeleton boot. The first exoskeleton boot can determine a latency for communication between the first exoskeleton boot and the second exoskeleton boot based on a time difference between transmission of the first packet and receipt of the second packet and update, responsive to the comparison, a model indicating data weighted based on the latency for controlling the first exoskeleton boot and the second exoskeleton boot. The first exoskeleton boot can generate, using data from the model, a command to cause an electric motor of the first exoskeleton boot to generate torque to aid a limb of a user in performing a movement.

Abstract: The subject of the invention is a modular tendon-actuated exoskeleton for gait training. The modular tendon-actuated exoskeleton allows externally imposed torques to be generated in the leg joints (hip, knee and ankle) of a person walking on a treadmill. Abstract: There is provided a tremor stabilisation apparatus, for example for helping to stabilise tremors of user with Parkinson's Disease or Essential Tremor. The tremor stabilisation apparatus (11) has a housing (17) that is attachable to a part of a user's body, for example a hand, and a rotatable flywheel assembly (23) mounted to the housing (17). The rotatable flywheel assembly (23) comprises a rotatable flywheel (24), a prime mover (25) arranged to rotate the flywheel (24) about a flywheel rotation axis (38), and a gimbal (26) to which the flywheel (24) is attached. The gimbal (26) is pivotally mounted to the housing (17) at a hinge (32, 33) formed between the gimbal (26) and the housing (17) and defining a precession axis (34) such that the flywheel (24) can precess with respect to the housing (17) about the precession axis (34). The precession axis (34) is fixed relative to the housing (17). The tremor stabilisation apparatus (11) further includes a biasing member (35) arranged to oppose precession of the rotatable flywheel assembly (23) and urge the rotatable flywheel assembly (23) to an equilibrium position.

Das Besondere der Erfindung besteht darin, dass die Seitenwandung (14) in mindestens einem Abschnitt eine im Wesentlichen durchgehend umlaufende Struktur (16.1) aufweist, die derart längenveränderlich ausgebildet ist, dass der Abstand an jeder Stelle des zweiten Endes (12b) vom ersten Ende (12a) des Hohlraumes (12) jeweils zwischen einem Minimalwert und einem Maximalwert veränderbar ist.
