Abstract: An automatic processing device of a carbon fiber tube includes a polishing device, a washing device, a first drying device, a printing device, a painting device and a second drying device centrally disposed along an identical axis in sequence to form an automatic production line. The polishing device includes feeding mechanisms disposed on two sides of a frame respectively and a positioning-polishing mechanism disposed between the feeding mechanisms. The printing device includes a supporting mechanism and a rolling-printing mechanism mounted on the frame. The disclosure aims at providing an automatic processing device of a carbon fiber tube and a processing method thereof, combining the polishing device, the printing device and the painting device as a whole. Separate processes such as polishing, printing and painting of the conventional carbon fiber tube are integrated to achieve the automatic production in the production line, which can significantly speed up the schedule.

Abstract: The coating film formed on an automobile body has softness during a film formation even on a thermally expandable/shrinkable base, and the cured film has an excellent appearance.Provided is a method for forming a multilayer coating film, the method comprises: applying an aqueous intermediate coating composition and preheating the applied composition at 60 to 90° C. to form an uncured film;preheating to form an uncured base coating film and a clear coating film; and baking and curing these uncured films to form a multilayer coating film, wherein the aqueous intermediate coating composition comprises (a) an acrylic resin emulsion having a specific properties, and (b) a film formation auxiliary agent that is a fatty acid diester compound having a boiling point of 280° C. to 350° C., and a cured film comprising (a) and (b) at a mass ratio of 3:1 has a rupture elongation of 1% or more.

Abstract: A coil coating method for multilayer coating of a continuous metal strip, which is disposed in the strip passage, in which on a flat side of the metal strip, a curable polymer primer is applied by means of a roller application and cured in order to form an electrically insulating primer layer and a curable polymer varnish is applied onto said primer layer by means of roller application and cured in order to form an electrically insulating varnish layer, wherein at least one at least electrically conductive conductor track is printed on at least some areas between the primer layer and the varnish layer is proposed. In order to increase the reproducibility of the coil coating method, it is proposed that the conductor track be printed on some areas of the pre-cured primer layer and that the conductor track and varnish be applied using a wet-on-wet process.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a coated low-friction medical device, such as low-friction medical tubing, including applying a coating to one or more selected portions of a surface of low-friction medical tubing to indicate at least one marking formed along the surface of the low-friction medical tubing, and simultaneously or substantially simultaneously: (a) curing the applied coating to a designated temperature (which is above the temperature at which the low-friction medical tubing begins to decompose and shrink) to adhere the applied coating to the surface of the low-friction medical tubing, (b) utilizing one or more anti-shrinking devices to counteract or otherwise inhibit the shrinking of the low-friction medical tubing, and (c) exhausting any harmful byproducts resulting from curing the low-friction medical tubing to a temperate above the temperature at which the low-friction medical tubing begins to decompose.
