Abstract: A electric wire connection structure includes a flat cable including a plurality of linear conductors and an insulator covering the linear conductors; a plurality of busbars for electrically connecting electrode terminals provided on two or more of battery cells stretched in a given direction among the plurality of battery cells stacked in the direction and included in a battery module, the electrode terminals being lined up in the direction; and connecting members provided for each combination of the linear conductors and the busbars to include a connecting member main body and a pressure welding blade portion connected to the connecting member main body, a pressure welding groove being formed on the pressure welding blade portion.

Abstract: An integrated liquidjet system capable of stripping, prepping and coating a part includes a cell defining an enclosure, a jig for holding the part inside the cell, an ultrasonic nozzle having an ultrasonic transducer for generating a pulsed liquidjet, a coating particle source for supplying coating particles to the nozzle, a pressurized liquid source for supplying the nozzle with a pressurized liquid to enable the nozzle to generate the pulsed liquidjet to sequentially strip, prep and coat the part, a high-voltage electrode and a ground electrode inside the nozzle for charging the coating particles, and a human-machine interface external to the cell for receiving user commands and for controlling the pulsed liquidjet exiting from the nozzle in response to the user commands.

Abstract: An optical fiber re-coating device of the invention includes an optical fiber coater that includes: an inner glass opening-and-closing unit including: a pair of glass members having grooves formed thereon; and a pair of mounting tables which are coupled to each other via a first hinge; and an outer opening-and-closing unit including: a pair of covers which are coupled to each other via a second hinge, one of the paired covers having a magnet provided therein, the other of the paired covers having a magnet catch provided therein, the magnet and the magnet catch facing each other when the paired covers are in a closed state; and light sources that cure a resin used to coat an optical fiber provided in the inner glass opening-and-closing unit and are provided in the respective paired covers.

This gun also comprises a control member (10), which is maneuverable between an inactive configuration, where it opposes the application of the coating product and wherein the high voltage unit (42) is not supplied with electric power, and an active configuration, wherein it does not oppose the application of the coating product and wherein the high voltage unit is supplied with electric power. The adjustment means (16) comprise control buttons, giving the possibility of manually adjusting the flow rate of coating product applied by the gun when the control member (10) is in an active configuration and of selecting the voltage/current characteristic when the control member is in an inactive configuration.
