본 발명은 액상의 가스연료를 공급하는 가스연료차량의 연료공급장치에 관한 것으로서, 연료탱크(2)내에 구비된 연료펌프(500)와, 연료탱크(2)상에 연료펌프와 연결되게 설치되고, 그 일측에는 연료가 유동하는 공급유로(122)와 리턴유로(124)를 갖는 멀티밸브(100)로 구성된 가스연료차량의 연료공급장치에 있어서, 상기 연료탱크내의 리턴유로(124)에는 리턴유로를 유동하는 연료를 바이패스시키도록 절곡된 유로(132)를 갖는 니플(130)이 구비되고, 상기 니플의 유로(132)에 연결관(140)을 개재하여 유입된 연료를 연료탱크(2)내로 비산시키도록 된 마감니플(250)(350)을 갖는 리턴밸브(200)(300)가 구비되어, 연료공급장치에서 발생되는 소음을 감쇄시킨 것이다.

PURPOSE: A gas feeding apparatus of gas fuel vehicles is provided to improve startability by remaining liquid fuel in a feed pipe when a vehicle stops for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A gas feeding apparatus of gas fuel vehicles includes a fuel feed line consisting of a base plate(110) installed in a fuel tank, a check valve on a multi-valve(100) constituted of a valve block(120) formed on one face of the base plate, an overflow preventing valve, a manual valve(128), a first opening and closing valve(132), and a feed pipe(140). The fuel feed device includes a bypass line consisting of a bypass path(152) and a relief valve. If the pressure of the fuel in the feed pipe becomes lower than 8 bar, the relief valve is closed. Thus, the fuel is not bypassed and remaining in the valve block and the feed pipe.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: When a fuel pump does not operate by a disorder of a motor or a pump, it is notified to a driver, and the fuel is supplied to an engine by a negative pressure of a fuel tank. CONSTITUTION: A fuel supplying device comprises a fuel tank, and an injector(53) injects fuel from the fuel tank. A pressure regulator(55) is installed between a return port(54) of the injector and the fuel tank to open when the fuel pressure is over a certain limit to maintain a certain value. A pressure sensor(56,57) detects pressure of the fuel supplied to the fuel tank and the injector. An electronic control unit(59) compares the pressure difference between the fuel tank and the injector, and notifies to the driver when the difference is less than a predetermined value, and decides fuel injection amount supplied to the injector by a negative pressure of the fuel tank.

PURPOSE: A fuel supply apparatus of a gas fuel vehicle is provided to reduce parts, and to improve safety against gas fuel leakage by eliminating a recovery system and connecting plural injectors mutually with a rail module. CONSTITUTION: A fuel supply motor pump(21) is installed in a fuel tank(20) storing fuel to supply liquid fuel and discharge. Fuel gas is returned to the fuel tank in case of pressure of fuel gas to be over the reference value in passing through a gas fuel discharge pressure adjusting unit(22). Gas fuel is streamed from the gas fuel discharge pressure adjusting unit through a gas supply pipe(23) to a rail module(24). Plural injectors(242) injecting gas fuel to an engine and a pressure sensor(244) detecting pressure of gas fuel are installed in the rail module. An ECU(Electronic Control Unit)(25) sets opening and closing time of injectors according to pressure, opens and closes plural injectors in driving the engine, and controls the motor pump.

PURPOSE: An accelerator pedal module is provided to integrate a rotation angle sensor with a controller by detecting a rotation angle of an accelerator pedal, and to travel stably by friction effect converted proportionally according to stepping on the pedal with simple structure. CONSTITUTION: An accelerator pedal module is composed of an accelerator pedal plate(100); a pedal arm(200) rotated by effort of the pedal plate; a body frame combined with the end of the pedal arm to rotate; a friction plate pivot-installed in the body frame to rotate, and contacted to the lower face of the pedal arm; a spring member in body frame applying restoring force in turning the pedal arm; and a detecting sensor(700) contacted to the end of the pedal arm, and combined with a lever(710) to detect the rotation angle. The detecting sensor detects the rotation angle, and outputs to a control unit of an engine in turning the pedal arm to obtain friction effect from the friction plate and the restoring force by the spring member and a restoring spring. The accelerator pedal module prevents troubles with simple structure, and travels stably with the friction effect regardless of the road condition.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: An additive for recycling air bag fabrics is provided to impart compatibility to a nylon cloth of silicon rubber and air bag fabrics using only compatibilizer without an additional process. CONSTITUTION: An additive for recycling air bag fabrics uses a compatibilizer which is at least one kind of a styrene-maleic acid anhydride copolymer, a maleic acid anhydride grafted with EPDM(ethylene propylene rubber), and maleic acid grafted with an amorphous ethylene copolymer. A resin composition using the air bag fabrics comprises 95.0-99.7 weight% of recycled chips and 0.3-5.0 weight% of compatibilizer.
