The present invention includes: a ceramic machine including a ceramic body in which multiple dielectric layers are stacked, multiple first and second internal electrodes are formed in one side of the dielectric layer and are alternately exposed to both sides of the ceramic body which face each other in the stacked direction of the dielectric layer by being formed in one side of the dielectric layer, and first and second external electrodes are formed in mutually facing both sides of the ceramic body and are electrically connected respectively to a part in which the first and second internal electrodes are exposed; and first and second metal frames which are arranged to face each other and to which the first and second external electrodes of the ceramic machine are respectively attached. The first and second metal frames are attached to two or more ceramic machines between the first and second metal frames in the longitudinal direction of the first and second metal frames at intervals. Each ceramic body provides a stacked type multilayer ceramic electronic component which has different capacitances.

A wiring board and a bus bar segment are presented to reduce wasted material and material cost by fabricating a serial train of straight line bus bar segments having standard length and circumference, and to constitute any circuit design by improving standard corner segment. According to a wiring board where an electric circuit is formed, the electric circuit includes straight bus bar segments(11, 12, 13). Each straight type bus bar segment has a contact part at an opposing end. The wiring board has a unit to contact the contact part electrically.
Abstract:
When an adhesive is applied on a metallic wiring, the metal forming the metallic wiring film dissolutes as ions into the adhesive with time. If the adhesive is based on a polyester resin and placed in an environment of high temperature or high temperature and high humidity, adhesion and insulation are deteriorated by the free metallic ions. However, adhesives of the present invention contain a cation scavenger to scavenge the free metallic ions in the adhesives. Thus, highly durable flat cables can be obtained. Thus, flat cables with reduced loss in adhesive strength and insulation are provided.

An electronic product is provided to reduce EMI noise generated in an electronic component, by having a two-layer strip line printed circuit board structure. An electronic product includes a printed circuit board(30) where an electronic component is prepared. The printed circuit board includes a plastic substrate(33). A signal layer(35) is located on an upper part of the plastic substrate, and transfers a signal to the electronic component. A ground layer(31) includes a base part(310) located under the plastic substrate, a first side part(311) located on the upper part of the plastic substrate and separated from one side of the signal layer, and a second side part(312) separated from another side of the signal layer. A metallic unit(37) is arranged on the upper part of the signal layer separately, and is connected to the ground layer electrically.
Abstract:
After adhesive is applied to metal wiring, metals of the metal wiring film dissolve as ions into the adhesive as a change with time. Especially, when the adhesive is mainly composed of a polyester resin, the adhesion and insulation degrade because of free metal ions when left in a high- temperature environment or in a high-temperature high-humidity environment. An adhesive according to the invention contains an anion- capturing agent to capture free metal ions in the adhesive, enabling production of a highly endurable flat cable immune from adhesion degradation and insulation deterioration.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren (2) zur Herstellung einer Schaltung (4), insbesondere einer Hörhilfe (6), bei dem eine Leiterplatte (10) mit einem ersten Bereich (14) und mit einem zweiten Bereich (12), die mittels einer Grenze (18) getrennt sind, bereitgestellt wird. An der Leiterplatte (10) wird ein Bauteil (24) angebracht, wobei das Bauteil (24) auf der Grenze (18) positioniert wird. Der erste Bereich (14) wird mittels einer eine Kante (42) aufweisenden Maske (38) abgedeckt, wobei die Kante (42) auf dem Bauteil (24) positioniert wird, und die Leiterplatte (10) wird mit einer Beschichtung (46) versehen. Die Beschichtung (46) wird im Bereich des Bauteils (24) aufgetrennt, und die Maske (38) wird entfernt.
