CONSTITUTION: An installing bar(13) is fixed in a speed change gear case. An operating lever(15) is installed in the installing bar(13) to rotate around one shaft. An elastic member(17) is installed between the installing bar(13) and the operating lever(15). The operating lever(15) contains an inserting hole to receive a protruding portion of a backward gearshift lever and a groove to receive a backward idler gear.
