    본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전기-유압 밸브 트레인은 하단에 밸브 헤드가 형성되어 있고, 중간부에 그 직경이 다른 부분의 직경보다 큰 대경 스템이 형성된 밸브 스템; 캠축의 캠과 접촉하는 롤러를 포함하며, 일단은 상기 밸브 스템이 연결되어 있되, 상기 캠의 회전에 따라 타단을 기준으로 선회 운동을 하며 상기 밸브 스템을 상하 왕복 운동시키는 스윙암; 상기 밸브 스템을 감싸고 있으며, 상기 밸브 스템이 상측으로 움직일 때 브레이크 작동을 하는 제1브레이크 유닛; 그리고 상기 스윙암의 타단에 장착되어 있고, 상기 스윙암의 타단을 선택적으로 상하로 움직이며, 상기 스윙암의 타단이 하측으로 움직일 때 브레이크 작동을 하는 제2브레이크 유닛;을 포함할 수 있다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An engine having variable valve device is provided to steadily control a movement of a valve because a movement of a swing arm is precisely controlled by a slave piston. CONSTITUTION: An engine(100) having variable valve device comprises a HLA(Hydraulic Lash Adjuster), a valve(130), and a driving unit. The hydraulic gap adjusting unit comprises a housing(185), a slave piston(180), a master piston(140), and a lost motion oil control valve(150). The slave piston is inserted into the inner side of an insertion hole. One end part of the master piston is inserted into the insertion hole at a set distance. The other end part of the master piston is arranged to be reciprocated toward a longitudinal direction in the state of being taken out. The lost motion oil control valve opens and closes a path connected to a master chamber(145) between the master and slave pistons.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An electro-hydraulic VVL(Variable Valve Lift) device is provided to reduce the impact when opening a valve through a stepped portion and a bypass channel. CONSTITUTION: An electro-hydraulic VVL device comprises a VVL housing(20), a master piston(30), a slave piston(50), and an oil control unit. The master piston is installed and slid in the VVL housing and contacts a cam(10). The slave piston is installed and slid in the VVL housing and forms an oil chamber with the master piston. The slave piston opens and closes a valve(100) according to the reciprocating motion of the master piston. The oil control unit supplies/discharges oil to/from the oil chamber.

CONSTITUTION: A VVL device comprises a housing(20), a master unit(40), first and second oil supply units(50,80), a slave piston(60), and a latching unit(100). The housing is installed in a cylinder head(10). The master unit is installed and slid in the housing and contacts a cam(30). The first oil supply unit is formed inside the master unit. The slave piston is installed and slid in the housing and forms an oil chamber(70) with the master unit. The latching unit selectively couples the slave piston and the master unit with hydraulic pressure supplied from the first oil supply unit. The second oil supply unit supplies hydraulic pressure to the oil chamber.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A continuous variable valve lift apparatus is provided to reduce pumping loss of a cylinder by advancing the maximum lift point as the valve lift decreases. CONSTITUTION: A continuous variable valve lift apparatus comprises a control shaft(105), an eccentric member, a roller type follower(155), and a variable arm. The control shaft is arranged in a line with a cam shaft(100) formed with a cam on one side. The eccentric member has an insertion hole in which the control shaft is inserted and an eccentric circumference having a center eccentric from the center of the inner circumference of the insertion hole. The roller type follower is installed on an end of a follower arm extended from a follower loop and contacts with the cam. The variable arm is extended from a variable loop(150) which is installed to slide on the eccentric outer circumference and moves toward or opposite to the center of the control shaft according to the rotation of the control shaft, thereby changing the amount or timing of pressing a swing arm(125).

A variable valve system comprises cylinder deactivation units(217a,217b) which are mounted on the cylinder and control lifting of the valve and deactivate the cylinder; a continuous variable valve lifter which diversifies lifting of the valves functioning one of air intake and air exhaust; and a continuous variable valve timing unit which controls opening-closing timing of the valves functioning one of air intake and air exhaust. The cylinder deactivation unit comprises a variable tappet which controls movement of the valve; and a first fluid pressure controller which supplies the fluid pressure to the variable tappet.

The lost motion spring is coupled to an outer surface of the outer body, and offers stability in order that the inner body revolves.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An electro hydraulic valve train is provided to control an opening/closing time of a valve by being equipped with a valve unit, a pivot unit, and brake units. CONSTITUTION: An electro hydraulic valve train(1) comprises a brake piston(45), a valve stem(20), a swing arm(10), a first brake unit, and a second brake unit. The brake piston comprises a small-diameter portion(26) at a top, and comprises a large-diameter portion(28) at a bottom. A valve head(22) is formed in a bottom of the valve stem. An upper part of the valve stem is connected to the brake piston. One end of the swing arm is connected to the upper end of the brake piston. One end of the swing arm is connected to the upper part of the brake piston, and rotated about the other end. The swing arm makes the valve stem and brake piston vertically move back and forth. The first brake unit encloses the brake piston, and operates a brake when the brake piston moves up. The second brake unit selectively moves the other end of the swing arm up and down. The second brake unit operates the brake when the other end of the swing arm moves down.
